Kenny is nowhere near PL standard. Too slow too error prone. Doesn’t score enough, doesn’t create enough etc. As you can gather I’ve never been his biggest fan. However, I will hold my hand up and when he’s played as a CB his long range passing has been very useful. Not so his short passing at times! Nunez is improving each game and could adapt to PL football as it’s less physical.

He’s make a great alternative to Barnes playing just behind the striker like Stiepermann or Wessy. The creativity in our team with O’Hare, Sainz & Rowe behind Sarge. Not a bad front 4. Along with Nunez and Sara behind them.

He’s available on a free. Worth a shout. He looked quite decent when I’ve seen him play.

I’ve been a big critic of Kenny. I’ve never seen how he got in the team ahead of others and he has lots of deficiencies in midfield ie too slow, can’t tackle, doesn’t track his runners, he doesn’t score or create enough. However, this season has been his best, some of his long passing has been very good, his effectiveness has been far better. I still worry about the crazy passes around our boxes but on the whole Kenny has gone up in my estimation.

We are lacking direction. The problem started when Webber fired Farke instead of firing himself.

He must be the only player who is good enough to play up from for Poland with Lewendowski and can’t make a Championship first team squad. Strange.

Gibbs needs a loan somewhere. He hasn’t impressed me so far. I appreciate he’s young and will improve so I’m not beating him up. He may well make it. At the moment a loan to Derby or somewhere would do him good until the end of the season. Knapper can clear out the squad in the summer and we’ll see where Gibbs is at then. It maybe another loan for next season too.

Don’t forget Leroy Rosenior’s spell at Torquay. It lasted something like 19 minutes. He was appointed, the club was taken over and the new owners fired him straight away.

We’d save on wages to get some more players in.

Am I the only one who thinks these players make no impact when they play. Springett, Gibbs, Placheta, Nunez, Onel, Idah (when he starts games), Foreshaw. I’ve never seen any of these players boss a game. The younger players need to go out on loan to a lower league team to gain more experience. Idah needs to be loaned out to a Derby or someone so he can build up his confidence and learn to dominate games more. The older players need to be released/sold at the end of the season.

I can never see the point of booing during a match or at half time. It doesn’t help anyone, if anything it hinders our team. Very self defeating.

We should loan him out to Plymouth and buy Whittaker in exchange. Whittaker looks very handy. Maybe with a better run in a team Idah will find his 90 minute feet in this league. In the meantime we’ll have two decent strikers (Sarge and Whittaker). it won’t be cheap but it will make our forward line very potent.

We need to go back to the Lambert school of recruitment where he wanted players who have a history of playing 40 matches plus per annum. The sooner we do that the sooner we don’t waste wages on players who are always injured.

We don’t have the money so why not use him until the end of the season and then Dimi, McCalum and Sorensen are all out of contract so we can clear the wage bill and start again.

We need to do a Chelsea, send as many young players out on loan in the Championship and lower league clubs as possible. This will tell us if the players are up to the level with prospects or for us to get rid of them. if they are not up to it maybe we can get a fee with a potential sell on in case they do make it.

Big Andy went for the huge pay rise. It secures his future. Forest bought potential. So far it hasn’t paid off for them. I think sometimes just because a young player plays for Norwich doesn’t make them PL material. Big Andy was a prime example. He wasn’t our best player in the Championship so not a bad deal to get the money we did for them.

We got promoted previously with Sorensen at LB why not put him back there when he’s fit instead of McCallum who is a wing back rather than a Full Back. I’m not a fan of Ginnoulis neither to be honest. At least Sorensen has a footballing brain, can tackle and pass.

Send Gibbs out on loan. He doesn’t do enough for me so I’d let him go out on loan to a Championship club.

Probably free to reduce Forest’s wage bill.

I would have thought that we would pay him a salary we can afford and whatever is the shortfall Forest will pay until the end of his original contract.
