  1. Good luck to you and your team YF. The small mindedness displayed on this thread is sadly not surprising 👍

Newcastle will probably be the team to beat, but we should be able to compete and be in the top six. If AN can harness the use of the younger players and get some of them involved, we could see something quite exciting develop. 👍
  3. Yes Fuzzar, I think you''ve hit the nail on the head there. If a manager wants to keep discipline and a tight club squad he cannot allow somebody like Kyle to behave badly and not deal with it. If only he had the grey matter to see that.

Based on my experiences in Chicago''s, it''s harder than it sounds. You should try "dad dancing" it works a treat.
  5. Always interested to hear what you have to say Willo, and you NFG. Personally I prefer to hear all these things and then consider them myself, it helps pass the time. Surely the bottom line is that you can''t rely on the accuracy of anything that''s posted on here, whoever posts it, I just judge everything on its own merits and whether or not it fits with what I think😄
  6. Mrs, this place won''t be the same without you. 🙁 Big man hug, and don''t give up on Adams.😄
  7. Yes you''re right, plenty of threads, but not many posters, probably just looked in at the wrong time. I know, I should be adding to the threads instead of moaning😄
  8. Please forgive poor text and punctuation, I don''t like posting on my phone lol😄
  9. So sad to see the Pink in Board with so little discussion ahead of such an important game. The team, tactics, are Man U likely to be on the beach, how do we overcome our injury crisis, Naismith or Wes, Jerome or Mcobani? Why is it s quiet?
  10. Howson had a great game and would be my MOTM. As has been said they all played well, that''s what makes it such a hard pill to swallow. But, onwards and upwards, we have three winnable games coming up and if we can continue to play like that we will be in with a good chance of staying up.i would be feeling a lot more depressed if we had played badly yesterday!
  11. Mrs "I think I''ve fallen out with everyone and they''ve fallen out with me on this forum, including you I''m sure (in fact I know because I remember), but it always comes back round and I end up really liking them. The other one that really stands out is Jenkins: great poster, but bl00dy hell we used to have some "debates" :) This is not the sort of news I want to hear on a Monday morning Mrs. Miggins. I hope you change your mind but I''m sure you have good reasons for retiring, I don''t post much any more to be honest but still look at what''s going on from time to time. You''ll have to start a farewell thread so that we can all say goodbye when you do finish. One day I hope you will come to appreciate what an "excellent " manager Neil Adams really is!😄😄

Someone might say it if they believed that root and branch off-field change is needed for the club to progress and recover what they see as its rightful long-term position in the top half of the EPL. Any success under the current regime lessens the likelihood of change; failure in contrast might be the catalyst for it. Purely hypothetical of course ......... That scenario stretches the definition of "fan" a bit too far for me!
  13. Everton look a poor side, their fans are on the back of Martinez, not the worst game to end the season IMO.
  14. If we do get relegated, and I don''t think we will, AN is the man to get us back up. He''s done it once, what more of a track record do you want than that.
  15. Yes I think we will survive, there are four games left, 12 points to play for, get behind the lads for goodness sake!
  16. I can''t understand why you would ever say something like that.
  17. Well that''s your opinion and your entitled to it Nigel. But as far as I''m concerned and from all the City fans I know none of them will be dissapointed if we stay up.
  18. I don''t think he was ever going to give us anything from the outset, I do wonder though how much Naismith getting in his face made him less inclined to penalise Sunderland. I''ve seen Naismiths'' tendency to wind up the opposition as a plus for us in the past, we don''t really have anybody else that does it, today though I think it may have backfired a little.
  19. State support for West Ham,they may even give the steel industry a bit of help one day😄
  20. The game is sadly becoming even more of a farce, if we are now formally admitting, which is what this essentially is, that we can''t trust PL refs then we are on a very slippery slope. For better or worse the authorities have to back the refs or the game will become unmanageable.
  21. Bad news Ron. Thank goodness for the free weekend, sounds like he''s going to need it. Not even Klose to being fit.
