1. Facebook have the rights to use it in their advertising and things like that, it explicitly states you still own the rights for it when third parties try to use it.http://www.facebook.com/legal/copyright.phpBut yea always good for a bit of a debate.....
2. Good point, but it isn''t open. My profile is closed so they got it some other way and it isn''t my name :)
3. I am actually going to, and it was on all of the websites so I will be asking for that x 13 then I guess? £650.00 not a bad days work.
4. Yes and apparently only FACEBOOK has the right to redistribute this so...... yea not good really!
5. Yes I do always worry about the T+C conundrum we find ourselves in. As highlighted by the IT Crowd and South Park in general comic ways. Oh well, they have changed the picture now but still, pretty cheap!
6. House parties are wonderful things, lots of people can come to them and to be honest I don''t really know him. My fiance noticed the NCFC shrine behind it which was in my old living room and told me about it. I agreed to have them on Facebook yes, but at no point did I agree to have them sold or used by the media.
7. I think my status is set to private, I am not sure if his is or not. Probably where they got them from. I guess photos must be used all the time and come from somewhere, just a little annoyed that this has happened, feels a little like an invasion of privacy!
8. So facebook have resorted to selling our pictures and others don''t have the courtesy to ask first?
9. Oh, still pretty cheap and they could have asked out of courtesy!
10. The picture of the fan who was banned from Carrow Road was taken at my house party with my camera and posted on my facebook. Does this mean they owe me money as a royalty?
11. For me I''d love Reading to go up..... can''t call it though!
12. Maybe next season we will be running around topless......... Costs less I suppose!
13. I really cannot believe that people think from one game in which he scored a (lucky?) goal but missed two chances that all of a sudden we are far better than him! He wants to go, there are a few clubs interested, but he wants to go. He is now worth probably £2m + add ons. He is still a prolific goalscorer and I would be very happy to see him here!
14. Oh dear, wait till he scores and everyone changes their minds again. He is quality and everyone knows it. Wasn''t Beckford a league 1 striker and not as prolific as CMS as I remember?
15. He has missed two opportunities. The first one was a very good last ditch tackle, the second was bobbling all over the show and he was caught a bit on the hop. Probably should have done better, but was unlucky. He said before the match his strike rate is down to 1 in 3. In my book that means his next chance will probably see him on the score sheet. I think is a good player, although in my opinion that Little on the right has had a good game, seems quite tidy at the back and always seems to find himself with acres.
16. Just saying I have had Hucks tweet me back a few times.
17. Normally I get the new kit (or an away shirt) on my birthday (today) but with all this faffing I have vouchers instead. When it is released will it be general sale or pre order etc etc!
18. Agreed, but it is something that still goes to the club is it not? People are willing to pay that but they are safe in the knowledge that it will be going to the club.  I think it is overpriced, I have expressed my reasoning as to why I think it is overpriced. If you wish to pay that much money for it then that is fine, but I think you will find A LOT more who aren''t. My next point would be what would you pay for any other magazine? Under my coffee table now I can see around 5 and they are all under £5.00
19. I fully understand capitalism, I have a degree in Politics and Economics. If, however a company charges a ludicrous amount for a product, USUALLY  they will at least offer something to another pot, in this instance the club or FITC could be a beneficiary. Honestly, if they had said "Yea, it''s £15.00 but X% goes to Y I am sure many more people would have been interested. Just like why we pay £15 for the demolition derby DVD when we could just leave it recorded in HD on our Sky box :P
20.
It wasn''t that long ago that was the way everyone was talking abbout Zak Whitbread...?!
Exactly what I was going to chime in with.
