  1. Tim Krul:- "My family is really happy, this club is going places and no matter what league we are in next year, we've got an amazing base set by the manager and Stuart Webber, and with the board backing - it's not a lie, it looks great from the outside and even more from the inside." I remember a while ago Timm Klose had the chance to leave. He and his other half love it here, love being able to get to countless beaches so easily, love Norwich and Norfolk too, previously he'd been at a club in an industrial city. Yes, players could earn more than they do here or go to a club with more success. But would they play as often as here and would they enjoy life as much? I remember a friend being told that if he was prepared to move to/work in London his career would accelerate faster and he could earn more. He and his fiancee were happy here. Sometimes Norfolk and a good income is enough, not everyone is greedy for ££ or what is perceived to be a better/bigger club and they know just because they move on the grass won't necessarily be greener. I remember Wes Hoolahan saying he'd had the chance to move to a bigger club and earn more, but he and his family were settled and enjoyed here. I'm sure he won't be the only player like that So for those who think/worry there'll be a mass exodus, there won't be one. If we had a s*** coach and played boring hoof it up the pitch football or played Chris Hughton style things could be different.

    Season tickets

Regardless of which league we're in next season I'm thinking of getting a season ticket. Two questions:- 1. Is there a waiting list? 2. What happens if I can't make a match? I assume I can give my ticket to a friend? Or if the game happens to be a sell out and the club could sell my seat to someone else do they reimburse anything or is it just a case of tough luck? Many thanks.

    Season tickets

TIL1010, thanks for your reply. 1 makes sense. 2 doesn't, too many variables.
  4. They're all pretty well replaceable bar Pukki. He's the gem, the golden nugget. Many are on long contracts, so must have been happy to sign irrespective of which division we're in next season.
  5. Some here are paranoid Daniel Farke will leave if we're relegated or scaremonger he'l go. I've kept saying he'll stay, he always honours his contracts. He's a man of his word. From the horse's mouth:- The Canaries sit bottom, seven points from safety ahead of this weekend's trip to Wolves, but Farke insists he feels under no pressure from the club's powerbrokers. "I'm very grateful for that. There is probably no coach in all of Western Europe who has such a backing and a secure position as I do," he said. "I signed a long-term contract in Norwich with conviction and I feel exactly in the right place. "If you look at my career, you will find that I have always fulfilled my contracts in eleven years as a trainer.

I actually want us to sell a player

    Prepare to be shocked.

  8. Taken from the main part of the site, no doubt most here will have read what he said. At least he understands what we're about and that Farke will stay, even if some here can't, don't want to or are too pig headed stubborn to accept/realise it. "But I don't think they'll panic, this is a different Norwich City FC than we've seen before when they've been in the Premier League, it's really well set up behind the scenes, the academy, and I even think if they go down Farke will stay and they will give him the chance to bring them back up again. "And rightfully so because he's a man who speaks with passion and honesty, I've got a great deal of admiration for him and this football club. Against Liverpool though, manful as they were, they were found wanting in the end." "I thought Norwich did ever so well though. I feel really sorry for them, they defended with discipline and passion."
  9. According to Manchester Evening News, Maddison wants to join Manure. I'm sure he can get some from his local equestrian centre, save himself the journey.

    Alex!!!

Indeed, already seen it as I always look at main part of the Pinkun website before the Forum Good news anyway.
  11. Close to agreeing to a new deal at Leicester. So no windfall from a transfer for us for the time being.

Maddison not going to Man U

Stay where he is or wait until Liverpool come calling.

Maddison not going to Man U

I think he'll be there for a while yet. After all he's got his head screwed on properly and won't be going to some 'has been' club like Man U.

I think we can now safely say

Any football is better than CH's style with us. Much, much prefer DF's even if he does make some mistakes, we all do. Some fans will think they could do a better job than DF, think again.

    Jordan Rhodes

Didn't SW have an option on him for another year?

    Pukki/Drmic

Normally so close he can't miss.

Top 3 clubs hated by norwich fans

I heard of an Ipswich fan who was a farmer. His family wouldn't have the John Deere rep on the farm. At one time his kids wouldn't have yellow green with green food on their plates.

Dr Mic is good at tap ins - yet to see any more goals.

Top 3 clubs hated by norwich fans

I know a Man U fan who absolutely hates Liverpool, it doesn't endear me to the man at all. He's disparaging about NCFC too, although that's the case for virtually any team smaller than his beloved club.

Top 3 clubs hated by norwich fans

I don't 'hate' any other clubs. Some I dislike - that's all. 'Hate' is an awful trait.

    No chance.

    Jamal to Palace?

    We're making plans for Nigel.

    Jamal to Palace?

Apparently Lukas Rupp (according to the story about this on the Pinkun site) can provide cover.

    Jamal to Palace?

I'd be happy if we got £15 million for him. Sometimes in life it's best not to be too greedy.
