Can someone explain please. If in 3 years Delia & Michael decide that MA is the right person to take the club forward & sell to him at a knockdown price( £25 or less). What rights do the minority shareholders have then or are we bought out at whatever price D & M have decided. They may feel it’s right for the club but it could be at the expense of the small shareholders. If this is total garbage sorry. I keep thinking back to the Glazers buy out of Man U. A friend had a couple of shares but he had no vote/choice or anything & ended up with a share in Glazer holdings or whatever they were called

Thank you Sheffield. In the mean time I had found a figure of £4,862,800 in the term sheet which divided by 194,512 does give a price of £25. Seems very cheap to me, plus I wish I could get 11% on my meagre savings

Don’t forget that we were in the PL in 94/95, 04/05, 11 to 14, 15/16 & 18/19. From Sept 94 to Jan 19 we had less penalties away in PL matches than Luton had in their first.

Barden is on his way back from injury, hasnt played a game this season yet. Think we would need an experienced back up

Funny Huddersfield were denied a clear pen in the Champ Final last year because var wouldn’t/didn’t intervene. Now Barnsley denied a pen & an unjust red card.
