1. I think those that doubt Holt need to be looking at these statistics: http://www.canaries.co.uk/page/Shooting/0,,10355~201010355,00.html http://www.canaries.co.uk/page/Goalscorers/0,,10355~201010355,00.html http://www.canaries.co.uk/page/Assists/0,,10355~201010355,00.html People are talking about dropping the player who''s provided us the most goals (in all competitions), assists and shots. I''m quite grateful that Lambert is the boss and not some of you.
2. Would do most things for us to be in the Premiership. I think clubs like Blackpool are the way forward; go up, spend nothing, come down financially stable but with the team that took you up.
3. It''s hard to look beyond Gordon Strachan. Although I also think Darren Ferguson could be in rouble
4. He''s our top scorer in all competitions with 4 goals, and also has four assists. Comparatively, 4 goals and 4 assists is better than anyone down your way.
5.
Martin all the way for me, as proven today.
Really, Nexus? I thought Jackson was the better today.
6. Quite grateful to see the back of him. He was tearing us apart.
7. I think Martin is a good striker at this level. I think Jackson brings different attributes. I also think it''s impossible to judge Jackson just yet.
8. Yeah. Sadly, if Surman had been playing he''d have buried at least one of Lappin''s chances. But he wasn''t and didn''t so there.
9. Might as well end the competition now and give it to Crofts. What a player that lad is.
10. To whom it may concern, Now I am not a religious man. Neither am I particularly superstitious. But this letter is an open letter addressed to the man/woman/entity which controls the game that I love. Football. Now don''t get me wrong; I''m delighted with how we''re performing. And I''m delighted we''re winning games. But could we, just occasionally, have a nice, easy, relaxed win? You know the sort, the ones where we put two past them in the first twenty minutes and turn into Brazil for the remaining seventy? Well we don''t. Not even in League One. And that, my friend, is my problem. So, I propose a deal. Keep your heart stopping, teeth grinding, nail biting, thrilling victories for Norwich; but pepper them with the occasional easy victory. Just so the ol'' ticker can get a bit of a break. Cheers me darlin''. Hugs and kisses, TheFanMan PS. Thank you very, very, very much for Paul Lambert
11. So the answer was Crofts, R Martin, Drury, K Smith, Holt, Ruddy, Ward. I was totally wrong then, except for Crofts
12. Without having looked at it at all or read any of the other posts; Crofts, Chrissy M, Holt, Korey Smith, Barnett, Ruddy, Surman in that order.
13. Should read, "however I''m NOW beginning ..." Doh!
14. I have to say, I''m very disappointed to learn of the closed nature of the NCISA leadership election. It was my intention to enter my candidacy for the post. I had even drawn up a manifesto for which I felt would appeal to the electorate. I am a disillusioned member of the organisation, young and ambitious. I feel I have a great deal to add to the group. However, I''m not beginning to see that it is very secular. I''m sure the new Chairman will be a familiar name that will allow the organisation to amble along at the trot-like pace it has become accustomed too and continue with the rather childish attitudes to all those that disagree as had become the trademark of the previous incumbent to the position. A great shame.
