But if everyone ignores the lies he spouts and doesn’t react he’ll have no platform, it’s only because some still react that he’s on this board. I’ve not seen a single contribution by him on the football threads, that’s a good thing though.

But I’m with you he should have been banned with his anti European comments regarding the WW monuments and graves of all brave servicemen and then trying to claim some far out lie about financing the Canadian pilots bench in Swindon when the news article on it proved otherwise! Horrid little bigot along with a few other who have been blocked by myself…..its far better on here when you do block them.

    Swindow and his sister?

I blocked him months ago. I am convinced he is a troll, or a very early version of Artificial Intelligence.

  2. Another sector to be added to the fckd list. At least they only make a minimal contribution to the coffers.

Brexit is even ruining the careers of our young UK cyclists, one of the few sports we truly excel at:

The 2018 Tour de France winner Geraint Thomas, the former world road race champion Lizzie Deignan and the seven-time Grand Tour winner Chris Froome are among leading names in British cycling to have signed an open letter calling on the government to assist young British riders whose racing careers have been stalled by post-Brexit travel arrangements.

The letter, sent to sport minister Oliver Dowden, argues that rules limiting British citizens, including athletes, to spending 90 days in the European Union in any 180-day period are huge obstacles to career development for young British talent.

Could this man help the great British effort on the Tour de France.

92,500 at 8 pm when the other two channels have already shown their main news programmes, that's a very thin straw to grasp.

Almost 50% down from it's opening night peak, been going down since then.

When launched, its audience was 262,000. I wonder at what point it becomes financially unviable?

A massive dead, brexitty, cat (cow) will be dumped on the table today to cover up the **** ups of the government's covid response.🤨

And it’s a cow on steroids.

  6. I totally blame Johnson for this. For his own ends, he did not put India on the red list, and up until 2 weeks ago, red list travellers were crushed in the arrivals hall at Heathrow along other passengers. We are 15 months into this pandemic and he is still behaving like an idiot. For all his nationalistic flag waving, shouting about how we are ahead of Europe, and all of this could not have happened without Brexit, just look at what’s happening in Germany. It didn’t even need to go to penalties, and yet people still defend him. It feels as if I am in a parallel universe.

  7. Perhaps we should go back to only having cricketers represent England who have attended public schools, because those chaps would certainly not make such racist comments.

  8. Germany has now banned UK Nationals from entering the Country due to the Indian Variant, and yet we still have passengers from India arriving at Heathrow and standing cheek by jowl for hours with passengers from the green and amber list. I feel that the odd poster on here was almost gleeful that Germany was struggling rolling out the vaccine, but having spoken to friends in Germany last night, they are turning it around at speed. It will probably be like the football against Germany, we start off well, they peg us back, and if we try really hard we may get to extra time, but deep down, we know what the result will be.
