  1. Worth reading the article on this link. SP makes good points and surely if holty carries on the way he is playing he (and Ruddy) have to be on the plane to the Euros !! http://www.ontheballcity.com/pride-v-prejudice-grant-holt-for-england/   Enjoy
  2. Worth a read this match report. Mugged is bang on for yesterday. Norwich were superb for 80 minutes but as the saying goes ....will they regret not taking their chances ? - absolutely yes. The team were excellent though and Hull players will all go home a buy lottery tickets - but they won''t win as they used up all their luck today ! http://www.ontheballcity.com/robbed/ I am sure we would all be happy with 6th place at this point in time if you had asked us at the beginning of the season if we''d be happy with 6th in mid September we would have all said yes ! I think it is a reflection of how good the team has become that we all go to Carrow Road not only wanting a win but EXPECTING a win. If they keep playing like today we''ll be in the mix come the end of the season. Deserved applause as they left the pitch.
  3. Great report SP. Poor game but Norwich clearly the better side. Is it me or do we look like a more physically aggressive side these days. Martin, Holt, Crofts, Smith can all put their foot in. Impressed too with my first look at Barnett - looks solid and seemed to manage the offside line for the back 4 well. Also noticed that the Canaries seemed fitter than Barnsley today - several of the Barnsley camp including Shackell seemed to have a problem with cramp - our boys seemed full of running right to the end - sign of wha Lambert has done to the team. Good stuff today although not pretty but job done.
  4. Why ?......because he looks Spanish - you must have heard the song !!
  5. Nice work. Good read - Think Lappin is a committed player - yeah he gets paid a lot but there was nobody on the pitch when we won the league more delighted than Lappin - he loves it at Norwich !
