1.
NorwichNorth, it''s all well and good to say that, but who would you like to see Hughton start that is available at the moment? At this moment in time I''d love to kick half the squad out and replace them with people who actually have some pride in their jobs, but the only realistic option is to get rid of the manager and hope you get lucky. Then again, there''s always the youth squads...
Agree, not good enough but we''ve got the players we''ve got. For me it''s a confidence thing, don''t want to keep harping on about lambert but he got more out of a lesser squad on paper than hughton has and that for me is down to installing a confidence and belief in the players that is not there!
2.

Pointless finding a scapegoat but you do have a point. A point that was evident against Luton last season. But it will be Bradders who will give his all time and time again and get no recognition for it. If only he could have some time on the bench to rebuild his reputation with the fans...
Yea 10 other players like the Luton game that didn''t cover themselves in glory but will still trot out at carrow road on Saturday and for as long as hughton is in charge!
So I bet Bradders wishes he could have some time on the bench to rebuild his reputation with the fans...
For me as a fan it''s about seeing what strengths our players have and looking at that. Johnson''s passing is sometimes not good enough but what he offers is work rate, aggression and a physical presence which sometimes is great and he makes a difference to the team but other times we need better possession and that''s what let''s him down. Swap that round for fox and that''s what you have. I don''t believe fox has Been made out to be better with not playing. Some people can remember how he played under lambert in the champ and prem and felt he should be given more game time in certain situations. He''s been give 37 mins of prem football in 18 months nowhere near enough to make a judgment of whether he can make a difference. A cup match every few months is not sufficient to make that judgment
3. Won''t sack him as we''re not in the relegation zone even though we might be soon! McNally would get the same reaction from the press as west brom did with Clarke and I believe he doesn''t want that. All the press and media love hughton, oh what a nice guy and what a good job he''s doing but they don''t have to watch the games week in week out to see how he is taking us backwards after spending 25 mil and getting rid of players deemed not good enough!
4. We''ll win Saturday, always have done all season when needed and will give himself another stay of execution! Then we''ll get to march playing the same terrible football but it will be too late to sack him then!

6. Neat and tidy most of the night but it was players further forward where we have no creativity that let us down. 3rd goal poor but defending is not his strong point. Need see the goal again but where was Whittaker? Fox ended up as right back!
7.
Fox has so much talent, he was only wanted by Barnsley who are currently bottom of the Championship and a manager who is now in charge of the 18th placed team in League 2. Hoolahan has undoubted quality, however Fox struggles at this level because the amount of high pressing in the Premier League means he does not have the time to pick passes successfully as he may do in lower-tempo competitions, such as the FA Cup or Championship.
I see this said a lot and don''t quite understand how people come to this conclusion. To judge someone on being a premier league player surely you have to look at how this player has faired in that competition and for David fox that would be the 11/12 season as he''s played 37 minutes in the prem under hughton. In the 11/12 season the guy didn''t look out of place. Played 28 times and for the majority of the season when he played we played better football and picked up more points
8. To put fox in the same category as Cody McDonald and James Vaughan is poor journalism!! Also I''ve not seen anyone say David fox is the answer to all our problems! Where has lakey had that from! The fans view irritated me as well mentioning the Luton game! People seem to forget that just a couple of weeks before he played in the 3rd round against Peterborough, played well and set up a goal but that has been forgotten! He. Could of scored a hat trick against Luton and he still wouldn''t have been picked! Hughton just doesn''t like the type of player fox is.
9. Take out the unbeaten run and its 2 wins in 24 league games and getting knocked out the cup by a non league team! People have been sacked for alot worse! He might keep us up and people will say hes done his job...i would say not very well though!!
10. Dont think u can compare lamberts and hughtons signings! Would bassong have joined when we first got promoted! Same with garrido im not sure. Easier to attract players after you''ve finished 12th in the prem!
11. That last point is spot on, he came third in POTS last year not because he stood out but because its fairly obvious that for the majority of the season when he played we invariably played well and picked up points. I dont think people are trying to say that he is the best player at the club and should play every week. I think its been quite clear that we have been poor in possession at times and probably our best passer is sat in the stands. I think its unfair to say hes not good enough for the prem because on last seasons show i think he has somethjng to offer but to judge him on this season is unfair. Football is about opinions and its no different with managers, chris hughton does not rate him, but just because he doesnt plqy doesnt mean hes not good enough!
12. Im fed up of always having to hear you say you''re fed up with the fox love in. People just wonderd how he did not saying hes the best player in world!
13. Not a fan of chris hughton or his style of play but i do think we will stay up!
14. I agree, my only problem is that he has hardly played any football so to come in and start a prem game and play well will be hard!! I also dont agree that he had his chance and did nothing i.e Luton!! Having a chance is playing a prem game not a capital 1 cup or FA cup game. The guy has played 8 mins of prem football hardly a chance to make an impression!!
15. Cant see CH play the diamond or anything other than 442. I think he will play wes left side. Not confident that it will work but we shall see!
16. If he keeps us in the prem which is his main objective then its job done. The big test will be next season, no one can say they enjoy the way we play, but it would be interesting to see who we bring in. I dont think its as easy as getting a striker in or ball playing midfielder when we still have the same mentality as this season. If we want to play better football and score more goals then we need to change our mentality not necesarrly the players and im not so sure if CH will Time will tell
17. I think its good to reward players and good on johnson getting a new deal. Feel the same as phillip fry that he needs to improve his passing. I think we need a better passer in midfield and tetty n johnson fighting for the 1 dm role.
18. Johnson has performed better because his game suits the teams tactics!! Which is stay solid work hard and break up play. There is no emphasis on passing the ball which howson is good at. Johnson''s pass completion rate this season in over 20 games is 71% which for a centre midfielder is shocking but hes not in the team to do that.
