VIlla want Holt and Ayala
Supermarket Prodigy replied to Mister Chops's topic in Main Discussion - Norwich City
Agreed, Holt is great for us but equally we''re great for him. I think it just works for him here. -

*But at the end of it all, it is conjecture, we''ll find out what''s what in due course and anyone who claims to know more is almost certainly talking crap.
Hopefully it''ll be sorted out as quick as possible and both clubs can move on.Anyone have an idea how long it takes these tribunals to set up?
When we took Lambert from Colchester in August 2009, it wasn''t sorted until mid May.

Lambert, not a nice bloke?
Supermarket Prodigy replied to canarydan23's topic in Main Discussion - Norwich City
I''ve heard the same about Lambert, I guess you don''t want your manager to be your player''s best friend. I mean look at Terry Connor at Wolves, training got easier apparently and they called him TC. But if what you''re saying is on the money, not doubting you at all, then I''m a little unimpressed. Ah well, now Lambert is NCFC history! -

Celtic AWAY!
Supermarket Prodigy replied to Supermarket Prodigy's topic in Main Discussion - Norwich City
McNally just confirmed there will be coaches laid on! -
To be fair that red card was a joke, first never a yellow in a million years! But they''re not helping themselves performance wise.

OT But............

I''m bewildered to why it''s taking place in Poland/Ukraine. Surely UEFA couldn''t have been stupid enough to be ignorant to what happens out there. It''s got the feeling of a car crash all over it at the moment, certainly doesn''t bode well. -
A lot happier with...
Supermarket Prodigy replied to stoke canary's topic in Main Discussion - Norwich City
That was a weird one Peter Grant, we were pretty decent early on but then it just went to pot. Suppose it was the new manager effect, but the 5-0 away at Stoke in his 3rd game probably hinted we may struggle. Ah well, seems like a long time ago doesn''t it?! Clarke has had experience at top-ish clubs, Chelsea with Mourinho, West Ham - relegation fight and Liverpool. Remains to be seen if he can do it, West Brom is a reasonably well run club so we''ll see! -
Calderwood, Trollope, Culverhouse, Karsa...

By ''them'' I meant Villa, just realised how unclear that sounded! -

Either way we get the best of both worlds. We''ve got a talented coaching staff behind us if they stay, I''m sure they can work it out. If not, Villa pay us compo. We don''t owe them anything, they''re our employees and we can be as awkward as we like! :P -

Supermarket Prodigy replied to Yellow Messiah's topic in Main Discussion - Norwich City
He''s not our manager anymore, does it really matter? Yes he did well for us, No I''m not impressed with how he left. But let''s look forward to a new season now. I won''t shed a tear if things go terribly wrong for him, but we''ve got a new chapter beginning.
