1.

Did anyone really expect anything other than a fight to establish ourselves in this division again?[:^)]
I was hoping we would carry on from last year and push for the playoffs at least
Like we did in 04/05?! [:O] What makes this step up, with a completely new team, any different?[:^)]
 2. Perhaps we''ll just have to start scrapping for our lives sooner rather than later... The expectation crash is going to be hardest thing for P. Lambert to deal with. I''m not sure many people are getting the fact that it''s going to be hard work to establish ourselves again in the Championship.[C]

 4. Gentlemen stop looking for a convenient scapegoat...Going up a division is always a tremendous challenge, it was in 04/05 it will be again in 10/11. Past seasons count for nothing, we''re coming back up from scratch... How many of these players have had much NPC experience? Lambert has never managed at this level before... It''s going to be a steep learning curve and plenty of hard work, if at the end of the season we stay up I say that''ll be a massive achievement. If we get on the players backs and destroy their confidence, booing like many did at the end, then the chances are we''ll be playing the likes of Dagenham and Shedbridge and Col Who again next season...
 5. Staying clear of relegation should be the priority, so all going well 16th is a realistic position. I propose things are so tight that the addition of a few loan gems could see us further up the table towards the play-offs, but on the other hand some bad luck with injuries could see us go straight back down.
 6. How good is it really?[:^)]He bought Simeon Jackson for £600k when he could''ve got a target man like Clive Platt for a nominal fee. Jackson is a pig in a poke, won''t score for ****, yet flickons could''ve netted us another 20 goals next season. Too late Coventry have nicked him, instead we get David Fox who Holloway released from Blackpool, you can''t say he didn''t know what he was doing cause look where they''re at now. :@We hear Lambert wants Danny Green yet the lad, a cracking prospect, has just signed a contract extension at Dag&Shed so will now cost double to prize away from the tinpot outfit.
 7. How many leading League One scorers have choked in the Championship?! It took Billy Sharp a good few seasons to adjust after prolific seasons at Scunthrope.Gillingham didn''t win a single game away from home last season, like it or not, Jackson played a part in that awful stat. Lambert doesn''t have a proven record in the transfer market, I hope we''ve spent wisely.[li]
