  1. This is from the 287 Portsmouth fans that will be there?
  2. Get over it. There are many things that could happen. Stop with the endless speculation. Discuss players, managers, old times etc. Not whether you have a hunch that we might lose. Just let the games play out Monday, cheering Norwich on as you go.
  3. Home: 21 (Missed Monday due to illness :( worst game to miss)- so home record before that. Away: 2- 2 draws. I also went to the Beamback of Ipswich. Also going to the Portsmouth game.
  4. Seems a bit optimistic. The comparisons to Swindon, seem slightly invalid. However this does say that QPR should definitely get points deducted in the case.
  5. They almost definitely won''t be told. I mean, who actually hears from the stands?
  6. But today, due to being ill. Very annoyed right now. Although i did have the pleasure of listening to Radio Norfolk.
  7. http://www.football-league.co.uk/page/DivisionalAppearances/0,,10794~20107,00.html All quite interesting reading, but this really shows his commitment to us.
  8. Its actually a pleasure reading it tonight. Most fans on there are subdued and being realistic about the fact we are better. Apart from 1 thread about killing the fat c*nt Holt, who is a massive cheat.
  9. I hope so... Nothing like a derby day fight in the first minute to get all the fans going. (I am good at Maths, this includes Lambert and Jewell)
  10. Given that the game is not on Sky or anything, who is going to be doing the editing for the match coverage? Or will there even be any stuff like replays, will it just be a direct live feed to Portman Road?
  11. I''m not trying to jack this thread. However if you contact the above ticket holder and its gone, I also have one for a tenner (face value) in the same area. Email zakprior@gmail.com for details.
  12. This thread is just ridiculous. 1. If you honestly believe Lambert would bring him in for the Play-offs you are idiots. The main reason for our success this year on such a limited budget is about getting players who all fit in together and all work together as a team. To do this would go against the whole Lambert ethos. If this happened I would genuinely take a banner to the play-offs with "Lambert out" on. 2. IF we had a massive striker shortage and we needed him in, he WOULD NOT score 20 goals in the 3 play-off games. He currently plays at League 2 level. I use Billy Painter as an example, the only way this is different is that Cody is at an even lower level. 3. To those saying "hope we dont need the play-offs we are not good enough for them, should get second though". That''s the most ridiculous statement ever, if you believe we are good enough for Second then we MUST be good enough for play-offs. So if you are saying we are good enough for second, but won''t do well in the playoffs you are an idiot. 4. When you say we are not good enough for the play-offs, what is that based on? If anything, with my understanding of how Lambert runs his team, we have the best chance. He makes sure there heads never go down, he makes sure he takes it one game at a time, we go out to attack and win both home and away. All of these things make us a very challenging opposition in the play offs.
  13. By the way, im not trying to creating a story that he is injured. Just plan for the worst hope for the best.
  14. What will it be? Pacheco playing CAM with Jackson up with Holt. Maybe Pacheco up front and Martin CAM, as he has played there very well this season!
  15. "They are clearly well drilled in playing until the final whistle and keeping concentration. That''s good management. Lets not be so bitter and tedious about the whole thing. It makes us look very small. Lets just congratulate the little brother and put them back in their place for the next 10 seasons." Quite a sensible post. I mean the last bit is just opinion anyways.
  16. Against Scunthorpe: Jackson and Holt. In the long run: Holt and Martin
  17. Yes, on paper it would seem a good idea, however the 2 players you talk about (Jens and Sol), both of their games are based on positioning. When you have a player like Hucks who was all about speed, he will not be able to play to even close to the level he did before as he will have lost the speed.
  18. This is a joke right? Chris Martin is fighting to save his Norwich career, hahahahahahahahaha. So we would let one of the best players, to come out of our academy in the past 10 years or so, go at the age of 22, what a joke. He is at that stage, too old to be brought from Tottenham/Man U/Arsenal as a great youngster, but he is too young for us to just let go to a League 1 club for a rubbish sum, he is far too good for that. Give it a year or so and he will be the best player at this club, Premiership or Championship. His only weakness is Mental strength, he has some of the best skills in the Championship in terms of touch, power etc.
  19. I have been enraged the past 12 hours or so about the idiotic comments of here about Wes. Either you were blind for the first 70 minutes or you are stupid enough to think a penalty makes a players season, our man Wes was by far the best player on the pitch yesterday. I will not say the penalty was good, but then penalties are missed. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xz5NhW7XNmI Ronaldo was relieved of the Man U penalty job and dropped straight way? No. He went on to be sold for £80M that summer. All I can say is that I love Wes for Norwich and that he should definitely remain the Penalty taker.
  20. "After yesterday I think Wes showed us exactly why he still plays for us !" Because he was the best player on the pitch yesterday? So that means it some sort of backward way thats a compliment toward us because he is with us as he has aspirations of playing the the premiership?
