  1. Can't see anything other than another easy home win - 3-0.
  2. Not too injured as he gave Chile the lead against France.
  3. This resolution should have been made a long time ago and it's only happened now because Biden has suddenly twigged that it might help his election chances.
  4. Way too early to get worried, let's see what the club say next week.
  5. If the mob down the road are now worth over £200 million how much should MA pay for City? https://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/football/68639682
  6. I think Ipswich will finish no lower than 3rd so a play-off semi is far the most likely, losing to them at Wembley is the stuff of nightmares and they would never stop bragging about.
  7. An away game that cries out for an easy win but City are crap on the road so it will be close - 2-1 to cement 6th place.
  8. There's been a shift in the conversation since Christmas, no one mentions getting rid of Wagner any more it's all about what happens if they go up. My take on Burnley is that Kompany has done major 're-builds' at the start of the last two seasons and this one has simply failed.
  9. Looking at the Home and Away tables highlights just how bad the away form has been with less than a point a game so far and is on course to be a lot worse than last season.
  10. For once I got the prediction spot on and at half time wished I'd said '6 or 7' because Rotherham were that bad, the subs killed the game so in reality it was only a contest for 60 minutes and you couldn't blame people for streaming out well before the end. Three more points, the GD was boosted and no one was injured so in many ways it it was good afternoon but I did leave feeling that having the boy Sydney and an untried youngster as the only attacking options is a concern with tougher games coming up.
  11. 15/16 points needed to be certain but I think both Hull and Coventry will struggle to get beyond 70 with the games they've got left.
  12. A serious attempt to stay up requires a major upgrade in the squad with maybe 10 additions assuming all the 'core' players mentioned by Monty actually stay, even then it will still be hard. Perhaps a bigger question is, are we happy to keep Wagner for a tilt at Premier League survival?
  13. Has to be a resounding win despite possibly missing Hanley and Sainz, 5-0.
  14. I expect the appeal to be dealt with tomorrow, if it's upheld then all well and good but if it fails then it's four games out as I don't believe they can make an exception of the rules regarding previous red cards.
  15. The only reason I can see for the red card not being rescinded is Sainz had already been warned following his reaction to the Ayling tackle, much will depend on what is in the referee's report.
  16. Even with the injuries and possible suspension of Sainz it should still be a very comfortable win, anything less would be a disaster.
  17. Which would mean finishing 3rd or 4th.
  18. Mutley's predictions mean a big uptick in the away form which is not good enough, I think Hull's remaining fixtures are much tougher so it could well be very close, don't discount Preston either especially if they win today.
  19. You can understand why with 20000 people sitting on the ST waiting list.
  20. The bench looks so weak with just SVB as the only possible attacking change.
  21. Liverpool want him, the price tag is £40 million. Sell or keep?
  22. Farke will play a much weakened side with an eye on Saturday lunchtime.
  23. How can someone like this be 'rehabilitated' and is a prison the best place for them rather than some sort of mental health establishment?
