To be honest though...we can''t do any worse...give becchio and Jackson a go up front and just see what happens. We haven''t got any world class players on the bench..but niether are the current first team. Where the heck was ruddy today also. To much uncertainty and confusion around at the club for my small mind to handle!

The problem with not experimenting is that Hughton hasn''t done this all season. He could have mixed it up a bit and given players like Jackson more of a role. But hasn''t. Not at any point has he decided to really mix it up especially in this current horrible situation of only winning 2 in 19... Or something like that.

Jackson and becchio may not be the answer for many...but can we give it a go? Can''t be any worse surely? I''m puzzled by becchios lack of action and Jacksons...he''s the only one with pace up top!

I watched on a stream....we started the game well. I feel bad for Jackson....could we start Jackson and becchio next week? I think Kamara may have played his last game and holt is struggling I think. Althought great penalty today given his Southampton miss.

I watched the game today and don''t really remember a shot on target again...abysmal, shocking and disgraceful...I genuinely feel angry at how we have played and how poor we have been in so many games. How can anyone back Hughton and say '' this isn''t his squad''. People weren''t saying that when we went unbeaten in 10 games. I''m glad I know that McNally is ruthless in the firing business. "Being in the game and looking good for THE DRAW at half time!" Just watched the interview on the BBC website with Hughton after the stoke game. He talks the usual stuff of being right in the game but we didnt do enough when we had possession of the ball. He then said we looked good for the draw at half time?! This may well be a slip of the tongue by a manager clearly under pressure to see us over the line but again no shots on target...why take Bennett out! Many confusing decisions being made and not enought brave ones...we all too easily try and settle for what we have...this is our managers damaging mentality.

We will beat Nottingham Forset in the semi finals of the youth cup. Looking forward to seeing the murphy twins. Hopefully they will be pressing for a place in the squad on Saturday!

Everytime you hear the gaffer speak he is very calm and very chilled out. Never seems to question a referee''s decision....he doesn''t seem to be the sort of manager who could fire a team up. I''m not saying its a bad thing....but do we fans think his overly calm and composed demeanour is a frustration?

I love this forum for one reason. People''s opinions. I think it''s great to debate, ask questions and express feelings towards our teams current performances! There are some people on here who are really passionate about our teams current poor performances. That''s fine....long may it continue! Our current performances have been dire....awful and quite frankly unacceptable. No shots against Wigan on target ? Anyone should be entitled to a negative opinion after that! Still...I believe that we will survive....but as we know Norwich are known for leaving us fans a little nervous from time to time!

Just read that arsene wenger may get rid of many arsenal players over the summer. Do you think Norwich players recognise or have been told that they are playing for their futures? Do you agree that many players may perform a bit better if they knew they could be shipped out in the summer? I feel we may see a big number of players leave if we manage to stay in the premiership this year.

Anyone who thinks our performance was good up to the point Wigan scored needs a reality check...no shots on target...anyone else think that''s not acceptable? Hughton said we were good value for the point...so does anyone else think we set ourselves up for failure if we are playing for a point? In my opinion I think we may see as many as 10 players leave in the summer.

The problem is Swansea will want to get back to winning games...next week is massive...I do feel that the players don''t look good body language wise. I felt Jacob and josh murphy should have been available today...a bit of spark against a very poor Wigan team.

I don''t know I''m just really worried about the end of the season and whether we will stay up. Camp should have stopped the goal...but to be honest the result was coming....when you have no shots on goal your asking for trouble..the trouble is this isn''t the first time we have had no shots on goal in the whole match!

This performance is just an absolute joke...I''m fuming...why not go 4-4-2 from the start...wigans defence was absolutely woeful...their defence literally wanted to give us the ball at times...but some of our players first touch was shocking...we looked slow...lethargic and just short of ideas. Bennett isn''t the same player as last season....shame and very sad.

I know this is a board of opinions. And in my opinion this performance has been woeful. Wigan have been so poor and there for the taking. Yet the manager misses the opporunitity to go 4-4-2 and take a risk. Tettey comes on wants to go forward but can''t because Hoolahan has been taken off our only player with any class and movement.... We should have won this. A joke....shocking performance...people still think we will stay up?

Bassong and turner were immense second half. The amount of crosses they dealt with was amazing. They were calm and composed under pressure. I think bassong should be made captain for next season!

What a great result....I think this has to be the best performance of the season....so much against us...with poor decisions yet we showed great character and resilience. I thought we played so well...I thought kei Kamara did well...some mobility up front....defensively fantastic second half.....well sone Elliott Bennett too! Well done lads!

I don''t think Hughton is a risk taking manager and the twins may be termed as a risk. ...I''d love to see josh and Jacob at some point on sunday though...in my opinion the team just needs some spark and some energy.

Players that may excite fans and get fans off their seats for the right reasons? The murphys tick that box. Surely that''s what we are looking for?

Do you think it''s time that the murphy twins were in the squad? I know that you can''t jump to conclusions from the highlights of the reserve games but they seem to be what we need. Pace...taking the game to the opposition, positive...forward thinking players. I know people might have reservations but surely you could throw them in from the bench if needed. We have no pace in the squad. Ok..people may say they haven''t got the physical attributes but does Aaron Lennon look like he does?

I just wanted to get some thoughts on the following: lambert last year instilled such belief in these players that were from the lower leagues, he would have told them they were good enough, and you can see that they gave everything. And played with such more confidence and freedom. This year there seems to be a big shift from this confidence and ability, the players showed a lot of last season. Now they seem more nervous and very cautious? Anyone with any thoughts on this?
