He has been at Norwich for a long time now and needed to go out on loan to develop and get minutes, the PNE hat trick did him no favours or us any favours because the club decision keep him as a back up hindered his development he just sat on a bench getting a few mins here and there, he could develop into something special but it won't be with Norwich in my opinion.

Sometimes players need to see what's required to learn, he has been training and learning from different coaches and that could be what makes him a better player, he was not really needed for us and used as cover but he is young and has the opportunity to develop.

I read the articles that were posted by King Canary and they are an interesting and a good read, Jansen does seem like a good choice. Whether he will be remains to be seen to be honest I don't know enough about a lot of the coaches we are linked with and just hope Knapper makes the right choice.
