  1. I can understand why people are pleased. Personally, I think his tenure's been mixed, but on balance, it's probably good news he's staying. However, I'm under no illusion that he's only staying because his star has waned. As he rather arrogantly announced a couple of years ago, words to the effect of: "I want to work at the top level.... I'm not a Norwich fan and I'll be leaving at the end of my contract." \ As it's turned out, I don't imagine offers have been flooding in.
  2. I’m sorry, I love Farke but this is just waffle. Would love him to cut the crap and the Webber / Farke love-in and “what’s been achieved”. It’s mixed so far. Big result needed tomorrow. Enough excuses.
  3. To be fair to Webber, he moved to Norwich before Huddersfield we’re promoted. Webber appointed Wagner, but had left well before they sacked him.
  4. I’ve said the same earlier in the season. I fear we’re past that point now. I would be excited about Robins and Culverhouse though.
  5. +1 But personally, I’m in favour of seeing what, if any, response Farke can muster for the Leeds game. If he can’t, as much as I love the bloke, we need to bring in a fire fighter for the rest of the season. Alladyce would get my vote. Then if we go down, as I expect, bring in Robins. He’s worked wonders almost everywhere he’s been.
  6. I’m referring to you suggesting that McNally had “nothing to show” for his time at the helm. Quite frankly, that was a ridiculous thing to say. McNally’s priorities were different. Saving the club was his and Bowcott’s priority. And their win rate in the prem far outstrips the current leadership’s.
  7. Rubbish. Webber wouldn’t have had a club to manage without McNally’s platform.
  8. And presiding over 34 losses out of 47 EPL games. And two relegations. This is a results business. Not a game of monopoly. McNally’s reign outperformed Webber’s on every measure as far as I’m concerned.
  9. It’s nice to see that Stuart’s mum still posts. Morning Mrs Webber!
  10. You’re not too bright Justin are you? If we were actually capable of competing in this league, we ought to have picked up some points from the Leicester / Arsenal / Watford / Everton cluster of games. Between 3 and 5 points should have been achievable. Part of the problem is people like you who are happy with the status quo.
  11. It wasn’t me you asked a question of. But do I think 6 games and zero points and negative 12 GD is excusable? No. No I don’t. And nor should you.
  12. If things don’t improve, fast, Webber should be shown the door too.
  13. I would expect us to look like we can compete. And we don’t. We’re a national laughing stock. Get your head out of the sand. If we’re not competitive in the next couple of games, a change needs to be made. Webber as well as Farke.
  14. On account of the fact that Lakey knows nowt about football.
  15. I don’t disagree with you. But it’s a shame that a decent coach is going to be the one that takes the fall. Webber looks massively overrated (McNally had him on toast) and the consistent figures are the owners. Who are long past their sell by date.
  16. Our problems are so much deeper seated than the manager though. Let’s take a moment to remember our previous Prem campaigns. All failures, bar Lambert’s assault.
  17. Seriously. How woke do you need to be to read offence when, so clearly, none was intended. What a snowflake.
