1.
Can''t stand the bloke. Obviously I don''t know him personally but he just constantly moans about everything.Every time his team loses its someone else''s fault, anyone but his.
You must have a lot to say about: Arsene Weger and Alex Ferguson (can''t bring myself to call him ''Sir'')! How many times have you ever heard a manager actually say "you are completely right, I picked the wrong team and I was tactically niaive"? Warnock does what good managers do - he protects players from unwarrented scrutiny by playing midgames and making himself to be the figure of hate. Judging by the comments on here; he''s bloody good at it.... I''d have him here tomorrow if PL left.

The further you climb the more you expose youself. And it isn''t pretty. OTBC
I seriously think that you need some kind of professional help.
Ha ha ha, that''s rich coming from the troll meister Morty !
Take your petty morty grudge and shove it in your ricker mate, it always seems to be YOU seeking me out. And you clearly have no concept of what a troll is either.
I, erm, ah..I..... No! I am saying nothing! Only teasing fella!
 3. A virgin picker here! Keeping to a Chilean vibe, I am going with The Santiago Classico: Union Espanola V Universidad De Chile AWAY WIN!
 4.   I''ve always thought him to be a bit of a legend, surely it''s his persona that he has cultivated for football and dealing with the press. By acting up as the public figure of hate, does this help his players to operate with a bit more freedom as he takes a bit of  the heat off them? I once read that he has a small-holding in Devon, keeps rare breed animals and pisses about on a 1950''s Massey Ferguson, in the holidays - the polar opposite of the image he portrays at football!
 5.
I know this thread is abotu Adeyemi but since we are talking abotu Cody does anyone know if we have an option to extend his contract? As far as i''m aware he is out of contract at the end of this season isn''t he?
I would have thought we have the option - whether it is axcercised or not is another matter.
 6.

I still think Adeyemi will turn out to achieve more as a player than Korey Smith will.
Interesting point but it leads me to ask on what evidence? I''d like them to both do well; they are both very different players. I also like the fact that Adeyemi is obviously a bright chap and is the polar opposite of the cliched opinion formed of footballers and intelligence. I have to say that I have''nt seen enough of Adeyemi to know what his long term prospects are but Lambert obviously has, otherwise he''d be in the squad. If you are good enough - you are old enough would be an adage used to negate any argument on ''how he needs time to develop physically, blah blah''. I think Korey will net us a decent fee if and when he moves.
Yes, I think he will.  I base this on limited knowledge of Adeyemi, but from what I have seen (admittedly one match being a friendly against a Man Utd XI when he outshone all their players by some considerable distance) he seems to have the box-to-box elements to his game and the creative side, that Korey Smith doesn''t.  Now I''m not knocking Korey Smith and I think he is a real find who continues to impress me, but he is quite a limited footballer overall whereas Adeyemi has it in him to be a strong tackler, an excellent passer and a good finisher with a decent long-range shot.
I was going to post something along the lines of what you have intimated above. Tom probably plays in a more cultured position whereas Korey is a bit of a ''water carrier'', he breaks up opposition play and does more of the dirty stuff. I''m just very pleased that the Academy seems to be now producing. I have always been surprised that in the last 10 years we have failed to consistantly produce decent players given the reputation that Colney has.
 7.
Did Adeyemi play against Francomb on Saturday?
Yep

I doubt Korey would have nailed down a first team place had we been Championship last season but he benefitted greatly from doing just that in League One. Hopefully Adeyemi will hold down his place in League Two for Bradford. With the lack of reserve team football there''s little point in keeping a youngster who is on the fringes of the first team squad. Much better to send them on loan and get them some first team pitch time. So I don''t think him being loaned out is a sign that lambert doesn''t rate his prospects. Now are you gonna finally have a go at the Free Bet later this week Shack??
....also, what about Cody''s progress at Gillingham? 3 in 3 games is a good return in any league. What are his chances here if he has got double figures by Christmas do you think City would try and get him on an extension, if only to get a better return when selling him? Can''t help thinking we won''t see him again at Norwich, which is a bit of a shame as I love the ''roy of the Rovers'' style story with him. He''s got some pace and if he could get his first touch coached, could be an asset. I think he brings more to the table than Oli; that is another debate though!

I think that although they are the same age and have had the same schooling, they are different players and it is unfair to compare. What is asked of them on the football field is so different. I just am so pleased with how Korey has grabbed his opportunity. For someone of his size, he has such a good centre of gravity and seems to bounce tackles, coming away with the ball and if he loses it he looks to get it back as soon as possible. Free bet - yes

They will keep you huddled up until the last possible moment and march you to the ground, last time I went, with minutes to spare before kick off. Spoke to one copper who said that it was the ''norm'' even though we were not a threat; he suggested that it was a way that the Met could ''lever'' more cash out of QPR for services rendered...
 12.
Wetherspoon''s at Liverpool Street? The pub on South Africa Road, about 100metres from the ground is home fans only, but there are plenty of pubs on the Uxbridge Road, which is where I''m going after slipping down a Wetherspoon''s All-Day Breakfast As for parking, somewhere like Redbridge? Cockfosters? Right on the edge of London, parking is normally cheap and as there are few commuters it isn''t hard to park up. Takes about 45 minutes to get into Central London though, well to Sheperds Bush anyway.
Slipping. Very apt, I''ve had a couple that have ''slipped out'' - go through you like a bloody Porsche. The thought of eating a ''spoons all-dayer and then being confined on a tube for 45 minutes would fill me with dread. Redbridge - good shout, just jump on the Central Line all the way to the bush and wait for the moment that you sh1t yourself.
 13.
As far as I have seen, Wiggins has been on hot form for Bournemouth this season. but it does show the strength (or lack of) of the Welsh squad.
I''ve been keeping an eye open for Bournemouth''s results and both Wiggins and The Cherries seem to be flying. I know most people will say that they don''t give a damn about League One now that we''re not in it but after our brief encounter with it, I check the results a fair bit. It puts so much into perspective that we got out of it first time. How long will Southampton and Charlton be there for? Oldham and Dickov seem to be working well.   ...oh and Wales squad and it''s lack of depth, I agree.

Who the hell are you to try and tell me what to post here, Mr "very far away keyboard warrior" who has lost any moral high ground he may think he had by becoming insulting, but even feeling the need to have a go on someone elses behalf shows a high degree of lameness. "Leftfield" is an understatement.
Don''t be so precious, fella. I don''t remember having a major dissagreement with you in the past. I was merely pointing out the glaring hypocrisy to your initial post on this thread and incidentally the embolded part of your response above. In fact, in terms of dissagreement, I was accused by some, of being the one that tipped Wiz over the edge, on the thread were you discussing Delia Smith''s Norwich (I think) - the one where he started his self-imposed excile! You see we have agreed in the past.. sort of! I certainly have no ''beef'' with you and do not feel the need to ''have a go at someone on someone else''s behalf. I am sorry you feel so insulted by the word ''arse''. I am in no way upset by someone I have never met calling me a ''no mark'' - my Mum is proud of me and that is all that matters!! The only person, that I know of, on this mb that I have met in person is Nutty and Duncan Edwards due to where we sit at Carra; however this does not mean to say I will agree with everything they say in order to become part of a ''clique''. I have not been on here long enough to know what the gripe is with Bly, and. quite frankly I don''t care; I thought that the original thread was interesting before we corrupted it!! hehehe
 15.
''you just come across as a bit of an arse, that''s all - no offense..'' No offense! Really? lol
well, I could have used tw@t. I use ''arse'' as a term of mildly patronising endearment. hehehe

 19.
So because someone registered on a forum before someone else that makes them a more loyal supporter does it? Your logic makes no sense whatsoever...
No, it was in referance to the insinuation you made that as Norwich are playing well he has ''crawled out of the woodwork''. Don''t start that debate. I only registered this year and I am a much bigger fan that you, anyway. hehehe
 20. ...anyway. Back on topic. Love these sort of results.. The British cherish the underdog and it''s so pleasing when the result is against the arrogance of the likes of Utd or Liverpool.. Will Blackpool fall away as the season progresses?
 21.

This is just brilliant.  I''ve despised Liverpool for 30 years of watching football for one reason or another and to see them in this position is fantastic. For the first time in my lifetime I can ,with certainty, finally be able to say that Liverpool are genuinely a sh!te team!!! brilliant.
I remember Liverpool being in the second division of the Football League and its the fans you have to feel sorry for. Its sad really as there is not a lot going for Merseyside except their humour and the football clubs. The days of cotton and slaves that brought prosperity are long gone. They should never have knocked down the terraced houses and built the vast Council House Estates.
They had to build vast council estates to accommodate the huge increase in population caused by fathers & sons shagging their daughters & sisters respectively.
Says the Norwich City fan! They actually built large council estates after Liverpool was extensively bombed by the Luftwaffe, being a pivotal port and manufacturing industry and Britain''s then second largest city.  Fast forward forty years and the Tories achieved what the Luftwaffe couldn''t by ripping the heart out of the manufacturing industry, causing widespread unemployment and the associated rises in crime and social disadvantage that being raped by Thatcher''s rabid free market economic "philosophy" brought to many northern towns.
Fecking good job too...... It''s about time these ''Northern'' towns stopped playing the victim and got off their tattooed arses and joined the real world. Labour pumped billions into these places to keep their vote. Take a look at places in industrial decline like Lowestoft and Yarmouth who hardly saw a penny of Labour''s cynical waste. Let the bastards have a taste of standing on their own two feet for once instead of belly aching about how hard done by they are.
Bloody hell: agree with Shyster and Cluck and on the same thread...

It would suggest that regular posting on here has been very beneficial to you. Good on yer GP. [Y]
Fook me! Well meant or otherwise, that is a tad patronising!
 24. From The main site: Even if Ward eventually faces a ban, Lambert is not unduly concerned because he said he had more than one option for a reshuffle at the back. “I can put Russell Martin in there if I have to, which I did against Millwall (last season). I don''t have a problem with what happens,” he said. Maybe reading too muuch into it, however, if he''d move a recognised right back into a central berth ahead of a central defender, it doesn''t look good, does it?
