1. Being discredited and having confidence taken away by an established supporters group was not in any way helpful, just go through this forum and see the accusations made over time which we had to deal with.. Due to this very little support was given and we did not have the human resources needed to run this supporters project. It was a good idea when you consider from the £2990.00 paid to the club approx £700 came through donations. The rest came from supporters activity online which is what i said from day one. If supporters had supported it then the kitty would have raised loads for the club. But to do that the kitty needed to be trusted and that is something Mr Tilson did his best to undermine.
2. £2990.00 was paid to the club''s finance director yesterday. Copies of the receipt for the misguided will be forwarded to NCISA so that they can apologise for their unsupportive behaviour.
3.

Bumped for Steve of the kitty to confirm that a cheque has been sent to the club and was it £3000?
You are wasting your time CA going on past performances. If you are going to the NCFC forum on 16th how about you or i ask Mr McNally because i for one will take as gospel what he says unlike the mirrors and smoke we have been subjected to since day one from The Kitty end.
Spin makes a change from the lies i suppose..add to that some rumours from your imaginary friends and you have unleashed just about everything on the kitty in this thread John. No wonder I called you a prat..  I should see Mr Mcnally this week whilst handing over the cheque...As there is no cheque book the signatories have to take time off work to get one issued to the club which is why there was a delay. Part of the security measures made when the kitty was formed to ensure funds were safe. When it has been done Norwich City Kitty''s name will be clear.. As all bookwork has been submitted and monies paid across. It will have raised £3000 + (£2000 for cancer research paid directly to them before i get any questions)(approx figures to save other questions) This was with very little support whilst being constantly discredited or accused by the chairman of NCISA. NCISA stand accused collectively for allowing this. NCISA have no purpose other than to be destructive to the club and anything that stands to help it. I suggest you get your thinking caps on as NCISA are about to experience fight for its credibility and reason for existence other than being an Achilles heel and a ego trip for its chairman. Oh and just to make it clear I am still working and haven''t finished yet at 1am, so for me to answer at this time is quite normal..
4. Hi, I have been saying for months i needed help and it fell on deaf ears. I can''t possibly do everything as the site needed writers, the forums needed managing, businesses needed contacting, and my job would have been to make sure the site was guided to become a useful local resource. If supporters worked together it would have been one of the strongest sites in the country and that would have brought revenue outside the community. As i said only 30% of the figure was raised by direct debit. We needed more hands on deck to cover all areas like media etc.  It needed a leader who could donate time... I thought that if i put the initial time into it and built a good site that someone would be glad to take it on... I would only have a supporting roll then... Its not a case of ignoring ideas, it was a case of no time to do it... If that''s my crime then so be it.
5. Thank you for your response Kathy, it was never my intention to hound or judge NCISA or those running it, i know full well it takes commitment to the club to be involved. You were there when i spoke to both you and Mr Tilson about working together for the good of the club, I said the kitty was an idea that needed support and that i needed people to get involved, at the time you looked uncomfortable with the idea whilst John was his usual uninterested self. I rarely get the time to deal with the everyday running of an association therefore it was right to suggest others should get involved. These question i set before you were to demonstrate that the whole aspect of supporters groups should change because as it stands supporters have ineffective representation... NCISA is a non entity, not important on any account and the only way it can change is to add some financial muscle to the voices. Money is the only thing that talks in the football world.. But at the end of the day if  NCISA have been closed minded to new ideas, they have been unsupportive using scare tactics and constantly threw the credibility card... As trust is an issue i leave it to NCISA to inform supporters that everything is present and correct, as NCISA was the association that made extra efforts to discredit the KITTY. All documentation will be forwarded after the company is wound up. My appoligies for my outburst about NCISA in general but many people would agree with my views on John.
6. Money is being sent to the club with a request to send a copy of the receipt to NCISA. They will update you when they get it i presume as my word obviously isn''t good enough on here... However how long is it going to take NCISA to answer this thread? How can we sure the answers are correct if they have to think about them?
7. I will ask the treasurer to send the payment to the club... I will ask the club to send a copy of a receipt to NCISA thanking them for their support.. I will now take steps to close the whole Kitty project. It will be best, as it will focus supporters attention on how poor NCISA performs as the main supporters group. Discussion is now closed.
8. Scrutiny........ NCISA wanted me back so lets see if that true? NCISA has been established for a number of years now and they regard themselves as the number 1 supporters association, its fair to question their performance as well as examine what they have delivered in their time in power.  Here are 15 relatively easy questions to start the ball rolling and i will add my thoughts later in  the conversation. I''m sure you guys will have many others but why not start here... 1) What does the NCISA Stand for? 2) What is its constructive purpose? 3) What proportion of the fan base does NCISA represent? 4) What efforts are made every year to expand the NCISA membership? 5) How big is the membership and how has this increased? 6) What are the long term goals or NCISA? 7) Is membership size that determines NCISA Status? 8) How has NCISA benefited community? 9) What has NCISA achieved in the last 2 years? 10) What funds has NCISA raised for the club in the last 2 years? 11) What expenses has NCISA had in the last two years (Detailed) 12) What Plans does NCISA have for the future? 13) Remind us of how many years has NCISA been formed? 14) If Association preceded NCISA Membership numbers would the actively support them? 15) Other than financially what should NCISA do for the club.   These are the sort of questions that other associations are asked and would be heckled for without immediate response. We have many more questions for NCISA so if you could please complete this first section promptly first so we can move on. Thank you. Please answer truthfully in all accounts...
9. Hi there was nothing political about what i was saying. Lies are not something i will tolerate nor will Mr Tilson wish to look me in the eyes whilst he says them.. My stance has not changed, where the fans have a vehicle in which they can channel their efforts and one that will raise funds. Donations were great for those who could not get involved but when all the kitty site needed activity to raise funds by those already bouncing around forums etc. it only need someone like NCISA to say its ok... But as you can see the reason this wouldn''t happen is because of a little bitter, self centered pillock who dares to lie in public. I can assure you the kitty received enormous amounts of attention which took countless hours to achieve.. Its not work that will be undone or thrown away as someone somewhere will have the energy and time to see it through the next leg and gather a new committee for the next stage. People have to understand that the whole scheme was put together for the fans and for the fans to run... We are looking for the next generation so to speak, the KITTY is all about people who have energy, even if its for a year or two as its better than filling seats with mindless duffers... Would we be looking to hand it on if there was something untoward? will we support it? You bet ya..
10. I''d love to meet as many people as you could amass for a conversation about helping the club forward... There is £3k in the bank as a good starter to the New Norwich City Supporters Club.... Your passion is what any association needs especially when it comes to Norwich City,,, You Know, i''ve never hid up or been elusive, i''m just like you, i want the best for the team and club... Next season i want to see us achieve and to compete, to do that the team needs investment but again this season the club has fallen further into debt... Could we be a Southampton but doing it more slowly? Ironically it''s not an old duffer taking the team forward we have a good young manager but then again maybe we should all listen to Tilly and his LIES and the advise he spews out to take us forward... NICSA Needs new blood "FACT".......... It needs common Ground that is objective with financial weight behind its voice and not that of old timer windbags who suffer from dementia. WHICH IS EXACTLY WHY YOU HAVE SO MANY ASSOCIATIONS SPRINGING UP............." THROUGH FRUSTRATION"  AND THE FAILURE OF NICSA Supporters of this club deserve much better than that!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
11. Hi City Angel, I do not have control over companies hous but i can assure you that everything is complete. Everthing was submitted in January when we had the time... The records will be updated in "governmental timescale" which we all know in this day in age is slowwww unless they want your taxes... Just ask John He should know...
12.
I have stayed off this thread to avoid being classed as negative towards the Kitty but i have to say the response from Steve Jacobs  has posed far more questions than it has answers.City Angel,Tangy and norfolkbroadslim have raised some extremely revelant questions that quite honestly MUST be answered if The Kitty is to regain any credibility and have a future. Kathy and i met Steve Jacobs some eighteen months ago and in all honesty he was not the slightest bit interested in how we suggested the way forward was with regard to embracing other supporters groups.Putting it bluntly it was his way or no way and what he did not know about running and building websites was not worth knowing.Smoke and mirrors have surrounded this whole project from day one and the secrecy surrounding the directors, officers and Committee  members have done it no favours at all. As of this morning the website has been untouched for six months,a director of the registered company resigned a couple of months ago,a new Chairman and Committee members are required according to Steve''s post but apparently it is still very much alive and kicking. Steve can i also point out that groups such as Shareholders Association,Capital Canaries,Northern Canaries,NCISA and the Trust are also run by fans in their spare time the vast majority of whom have day jobs. These groups if you recall were the ones Kathy and i suggested you embrace some eighteen months ago but that meeting is yet to take place. As your friend Conker told me only last august"please be patient Mr Tilson a lot of work is going on behind the scenes".A somewhat different picture to what you are now painting if i may say. I will finish with a few questions Has Jane Knott been replaced as a director? Are you actively seeking a new Chairman as you indicated in your post?. Have you actually met David McNally or Alan Bowkett face to face? Have you a date to meet the fans?
Yes we met Mcnally face to face and the meeting went really well thankyou and the fact that this has raised funds without support from fans (who obviously listen to you) shows what i said is right. You have met me Mr Tilson and i remember our last meeting I was saying that what the kitty needed was an active committee therefore whoever wanted to get involved and run what i had in store, could do so with my support. I remember quite plainly that i said if NCISA wanted to get involved i had no problem with that and i asked you to think about the idea, as for not embracing other supporters groups is a damn right lie... I''m sure you should consider those who where present at our conversation.  I have said on here numerous time in here to that effect also... The truth about this club is that it is people like you who have looked at out for their own ego''s is why we found ourselves in the 3rd league of football. I suggest that you retract your lie.. You have attacked the idea from the outset, it was your personal attack, i have sat back and let you do it but enough is enough and I could accept your opinion but i cannot accept your LIES. Unlike NISCA we are not run by OLD BOY has beens, retirees and people on pensions.. We are active business people who actually have ideas... Support however goes where it is safe but guess what, the kitty has been alive for 2 years now and whilst i have a breath in my body it will be alive, how successful it is is down to the fans. As you know I am not easily rattled John but damn right lies have not won you any favours from this camp. Hang on i hope the shareholders association contacts me at least if those involved agree, that would be another £3k worth of shares they own hey..... Maybe then the supporters will have a proper association to be part of instead of following a pathetic prat like you...
13. All records have been submitted to Companies house, and everything is upto date. I can ensure you that everything is above board and legal... The club would not allow the kitty to exist if it wasn''t 100% legal..
14. Yes very busy. So is slagging Delia your perfect plan then IBA...   It got us league1 football this season, but hey we are top of the league... Someone said on here ages ago how the expectations had been lowered at this club.
15. Hi all its Steve from the kitty. Firstly I cannot log in to this forum with the cannycanary username and for whatever reason it will not allow me to in when requesting a new password... Anyway instead of making an issue out of it seemed easier to log in as a new user. I will use this login from now on – Just to make that clear for all those cloak and dagger theorists that lurk on here... Now we have cleared that up I will update you on the kitty... The only concern that the kitty has is whether or not the supporters really want to help the club they claim they love... I felt the need to do something to help the club and hoped that supporters would get involved however this was not the case and only a handful of people bothered...  Under the circumstances and the financial situation that the club faces it seems sad that out of the thousands of city supporters so few are really that committed to the club. Ironically those few that did stand forward where those who had little time to donate due to their work commitments… Little effort has been put into the Kitty since last summer due to work commitments of the entire committee and my commitments especially have increased due to the expansion of the online businesses I am involved with. The Kitty has amassed in the region of £3,000.00 of which approx £700 came by way of donations… Oh and it also raised over £2,000 for cancer research… As originally stated, if supporters supported it then it would do well in the future. The money is sitting in the bank until we form a new committee which are committed to actively work the scheme; or when it is requested by the club for the means it was raised for… The figure is good starting point for a new enthusiastic committee whose members are made up of people who can donate adequate time for helping their passion (Norwich City Football club). If you feel you have the time, feel you could become a good chairperson or committee member please contact me… It takes one person to ignite the flame could anyone on here become the driving force behind it?  If they are right for the position (and thick skinned) they will have our full support… People on here could soon make the kitty active… if they really wanted to and when they make the effort then so will I again… Sorry to disappoint the pessimists but the Kitty isn’t dead yet and it still gathers strength online, in fact with effort it will do exactly what it is intended to do… I suggest that you all debate what the fans could do for the club, especially as next year we need more quality and investment into the team,,,
