1.
Quote from leedsunitedworld "Also I would like to point out that Ken Bates does not own this football club. He is our chairman, not our owner. It was revealed at court that bates does not own the holding company that owns Leeds United. The actual owners names are not known to anyone but the club and the football league" I only have one comment for the author of this article and anyone else on leedsunitedworld.  Is there anyone in Yorkshire with a brain?
Bates knows who owns Leeds... None of the fans do... What''s your problem? [:S]
 2. Right, it''s so incredibly important to know that 99% of WACCOE users are wind-up merchants, c*nts and talk sh*t about ANYTHING... Gradel if you have been watching has not only played sh*t since signing... But he starts a fight with everybody on the pitch, including our own players [:|] McSheffrey just needs to get used to the pace and physicalness of the league.... You don''t get true genuine fans on that site, but if I was to guide you to: www.leedsunitedworld.co.uk then you will find genuine fans with genuine opinions... We don''t ever speak about Norwich (unless of course some little f*ggot comes on giving it all) unless we''re mentioning they''re running away and it would be better of forgetting about them for the time being... We accept you''ve got this league in the bag, but we''ve never said you havn''t deserved it. If you keep going on WACCOE you''re going to like what you see I suppose, but their opinions are more than often worth squat. Another note is that ALL football fans are fickle... I''ve seen a fair bit of people going at Chris Martin on this (if that''s his name [8-)])  But i''ve noticed for every 5 threads on this forum it''s Leeds United related... Now you''re all saying we''re not famous anymore and all that sh*t, but why do you all keep talking about us? We''re none of your business... This is a race to the Premier League [;)] Not the Championship [H] Good luck to you all [;)]
 3.
So has your "blip" become a "slump" yet?
Naaaah I never called it a blip... I always expect the worst but can you blame me after the past decade? As for spainboy, I have, nor do I want anything to do with him [;)] But wern''t we like 12 points clear with 3 games in hand at one point? Surely (whether it be a mistake or not) we were allowed to get a little ahead of ourselves?? ______________________________________ When all said and done every season we have this terrible patch and we come back to life in the final 6... hopefully history will repeat itself and Thank GOD! we had a start as great as we did else we''d have nothing to fall back on! [;)]
 4. All our games are tight at the moment.. Not because we''re playing well... Because we''re doing what Liverpool do in the PL and play boring-strangle-hold-submission football... Can''t create chances and can''t take the chances... If we (Leeds) want to go up auto (lord knows we''re not going up through play offs..) we''re going to need 6 from our next 3 at least, I''m sure [:D] Hopefully though this time Beckford (play of the season my arse btw, I love what he''s done for Leeds but he''s not consistant enough for player of the season) won''t crack millwalls keeper twice in the head to piss him off for play off time like last season [:|]
 5. 27th Norwich vs. Leeds... Feeling confident are you? [8-)] Must admit, I''m getting a bit sick of you going behind for 75-85 minutes per game and them coming out with 2, 3 goals... But that''s how champions win so congratulations [:|] [:P]
 6.
Please beat Spurs, and get all the way through to the final where you can lose gallantly to, er, who''s still in it, Chelsea ?  Arsenal ? That way you''ll drop enough points for us to be champions by late March ! [:)]
You must be tripping blood, have you seen who you have next? Millwall away [;)] NOT an easy game that! Looking forward to seeing the result [:D]
 7.
This isn''t a dig, but as much as I''d like a day at Wemberlee, winning the JPT would be a little embarrassing lol.
Yeah, yeah, bollocks [;)] Being in this league 3 years and not winning it would be embarrassing [H] We''re just proving our dominance [8-)] Grayson = JPT king.
 8.
Couldn''t agree more. I for one will be cheering on Leeds tonight. I hope they stay in the cup...more games for the players to get tired and Beckford to get injured. We weren''t in the 5th and i''ve no idea what made you think we were. Where are you in the league?
We''re second [8-)]... Doesn''t matter, we''ll worry about that later [;)] We are prioritising the JPT at the moment, I hope... Get some silverware [:D]
 9. That''s ok, I hope we win after extra time too [;)] ... 5 of our first team are injured on cup tied so it doesn''t matter, strength in depth my friends [:D]
 10. .... How did this thread get here? [:S]   Well, doesn''t matter... Up the Leeds, down the spurs - 5th round here we come [:D]   Who did you draw in the 5th? [:S] [8-)]
 11.
Agreed. Hopefully both sides will pull away from them, and the only issue will be who wins the championship.
You tell me what Bates has done wrong, and I''ll correct you. Idiot....   In terms of Charlton, they''re barely a threat... They have no consistency, I''d be more scared of Southampton catching either of us than I would Charlton.
 12. Does every manager not love the club they''re at? He''s not going to say they don''t stand a chance and their club is set up for being a solid championship team is he? History would declare he won''t be here long, and will quit when things get tough and a better club come looking for him, like ipswich [8-)] (Don''t bite my balls off, it was a ''semi'' joke) [;)]
 13.

... why do you find it hard to believe?  [:S] ... we have more fans, simple as... just because they have a billionaire chairman who injected and monopolised the league doesn''t make them a bigger club than us, and if you think it does then you''re an idiot... and we''ve done it before, so why can''t we do it again?? listen, f*ck it... it''s 10-15 years away, theres no point arguing now - you''re not going to agree - End!  Can you just clarify this are you saying that Leeds are a bigger club than Chelsea? One teams recent history has been spent signing some of the worlds top players and competing and winning the major trophies! The other has been languishing in division 3 competing for a pot of paint! Bit of a no brainer really isn''t it?
.... [:)] We''re bigger than Chelsea, we''re not better... But we''re bigger in terms of fan base and history... [:)]
 14. ... why do you find it hard to believe?  [:S] ... we have more fans, simple as... just because they have a billionaire chairman who injected and monopolised the league doesn''t make them a bigger club than us, and if you think it does then you''re an idiot... and we''ve done it before, so why can''t we do it again?? listen, f*ck it... it''s 10-15 years away, theres no point arguing now - you''re not going to agree - End!
 15.   ... I work off averages, and we''re ahead of you [:P] .... To be fair, I don''t care what you say about our fans in an attempt to wind me up because I''m there every home game and the odd away game if I can afford it, I''m only a student however...
 16.

Norwich 2.17 points per game LEEDS 2.22 per game and taking FA cup headlines too with the way we''ve performed. You may be top but also points per game average also do not lie and Leeds are the best team in the division because they have won more points average. Oh and we are a bigger club!!
At this moment in time you are a comparable club to us with a more illustrious history but even though it''s nice to have good memories from the past it''s the future that matters and you''ll never get anywhere near the Premier league title or a Champions league final again which means you are likely to remain far closer to us status wise in the future.
Why? We have one of the biggest fan bases in England... Leeds the city, in Economical terms are getting better and better... We are one of the biggest cities in England... We''re clearly a club back on the rise having ridden of debts and making a profit... Why will we never compete there again? I don''t think it''s impossible for Norwich to even compete up there, all they need is a new stadium to really start bringing in the money.... I just think your ''argument'' was more of poor opinion with no backing up rather than an argument... [;)]
Only one word needed to back up my opinion...money. Leeds may have a big fanbase but nowhere near as big as the big four in the prem, I''m afraid money has made the prem title a near impossibility to win for anyone other than the big four clubs and even though I think it''s wrong unless something changes that''s how it will stay. You are certainly one of the clubs that could compete in the middle section of the prem quite comfortably and we could at best force our way into that category but without massive investment I don''t see how either of us could compete at the top. I don''t particularly like Leeds but I''d far rather they won the title than that repulsive red scum from Manchester or the blue dirt from London but sadly I can see nothing but continued domination of the game by those sickly clubs.
Actually,  after Man U, Arsenal, Liverpool and Newcastle... We have the largest amount of fans, yes... More than Chelsea, who are a top 4 team, more than Villa, who are pushing for top 4, more than Spurs, who are pushing for top 4, more than City, who are pushing for top four... We are a club big enough to interest big saudi investors don''t you think?  [8-)]
 17.

Nope, just stating facts. Leeds have won more points thus making them the best team in league one.
Ah!! Yes! I think I''ve figured out why you''re called Spain boy. Just stating facts hey? Remind anyone else of a certain Rafa Benitez??? [:)] Listen, historically Leeds are a bigger club. I agree. However, that doesn''t change the fact that we''re both in League One right now and currently Norwich are playing some great football and happen to occupy the top spot. Leeds have had a blip, but I''m sure the signing of McSheffrey will help to boost your chances of finishing as Champions. If I''m honest, I don''t care where we finish as long as we get out of this league. I just want to keep going to CR and keep seeing good football. The will to win and passion that we''ve displayed over recent weeks has been hugely commendable and is indicative of League winning form. Simples.
Why arn''t we all focusing our hate towards Charlton?? We all want them to finish 3rd... I dare say their is a neutral respect between Leeds and Norwich at the moment, and these are the clubs each Larry and Lambert will be concerning themselves with... Charlton will just keep shooting themselves in the foot and we''ll see if Colchester can keep up with 2 teams who will probably steam role the rest of the season [:D]
 18. I think we''re all expecting about 10, 12 years before we''re challenging back up there to be fair, it''s all about patience now [;)] Nobody will be able to get straight back up there after the crippling years we''ve had... A lot of the fans who you are getting the arragonce off are often the fans who don''t have a f*cking clue about Leeds or football... If you go on the Leeds forums you''ll find the same about Norwich fans... One fan has come onto our forum spouting about how you have the best record in Europe at the moment, I don''t think I''ll see any of the Barcelona squad tilt their hats for you... But I don''t think you''d expect that either [:D]
 19.

Because the media is amazed they got a win. Were not news because we are expected to do the buisness !
wrong. We''re a much bigger club than you, much more of a story, and when you are 7 points clear with 2 games in hand, and not just the 3 points that will be made up, thats when you have earned top of the table. Simple really
Why do all these Leeds cunts feel a need to brag on a NORWICH CITY message board?
It makes me laugh! All you hear from them is about their great history and what a massive club they are. But they feel they need to go on other teams forums to defend their belief that they are the best team in Division 3! Must be a real high point in that great history!
Listen, all this boils down to one thing... We''re still in the JPT and you are not... [8-)] ...GET OVER IT [8-)]

 21.
Also  heard that the Leeds fans get ripped off good and proper with regards to ticket prices.  it would be great if we had a larger ground so we could see how well supported we really are 30-35,000 for big games possibly?
We get that for ''big games'' but we want that every week... [;)]... Nah ticket prices arn''t as bad as they were... motd!FLS!sleep! x
 22. Why can''t I edit my posts? Sometimes I look like a ''stereotypical'' illiterate yorkshire man
 23.
Whilst Leeds continue to only fill their ground by around 60%!!! Im sure if Leeds go up, them last game will see the 40% glory hunters turn up again.
Nah, the glory fans couldn''t have given 2 tosses when we were in the Championship... We were getting gates of 19,000... It was a little pathetic to tel you the truth... Now we have some back who want to ''loyalty'' badge.. I''m not complaining too much, it adds to a buzzing atmosphere [;)] We won''t be getting 40,000 again (or 52,000 if we get the world cup [;)]) until we''re back in the PL... Personally I don''t care because I go to watch my team, and not to be counted in the attendance
