Yes CH is our manager and yes he is managing in the Premier League but the argument you are trying to use is the worst one out there. Its normally used by people who have lost the argument or know nothing about football.
Did you study degree idiot, or just to A level?
proving my point exactly!!

 3. Oh and to clarify I am not belittling you for posting on here, I am belittling you for posting 14 thousand posts of drivel and having no friends!!!So you can get this into your thick skull, this is not a BJ vs Fox discussion, I rate both players in their own right!! I am sick to death of players ability getting criticized on here for the wrong reason.
 4.

I am not saying there is anything wrong with the use of the internet neither the posting on here, 14 thousand posts just indicates that you spend a lot of time on here talking drivel instead of communicating in the real world i.e. making real life friends!Original poster sated that the game changed when BJ came off and was replaced by Fox who gave Arsenal far too much space and gave away possession using the word woeful, therefore indicating he was the main reason we lost.
1. Rubbish.2. Rubbish.Right, so I like to post on an internet forum means I have no real life friends? What an incredible deduction. Oh and lets not discount the irony of trying to belittle me by, wait for it, posting on an internet forum about it.Seriously, can you not see that you are just twisting words for your own agenda? Bradley Johnson is a better player than Fox, which is why he is getting in the team every week. I don''t understand why you can''t understand this.Sorry, I''m going to have to just come our with it, clearly you are an idiot. I apologise if this comes as a shock to you.
Clearly you are the idiot, I have not compared the two players in anyway. The main reason for this which you clearly don''t get is because they are completely different players. All I am stating is Fox can not be blamed for his performance and I will make the reason cystal clear and type in bold for you, HE HAS PLAYED LESS THAN 45 MINUTES IN A PREMIER LEAGUE GAME THIS SEASON. Maybe this is why you have 14 thousand posts, all you seem to do is go round and round in circles. learn to read people''s replys and grasp the skill in debating properly.

Please grasp and understand if you can that Fox hasn''t even played for us this season, so blaming him for the reason we lost the game on Saturday is lunacy. Hughton cant expect to get the best out of someone who hasn''t played all season. The use of the squad this season has been atrocious.
Who blamed Fox for us losing on Saturday?Have a wee think why Hughton hasn''t rotated the squad. Hopefully you will arrive at the conclusion that some players aren''t good enough for the Premiership.
OMG you really talk nonsense... So he was good enough for the Prem last year? He finished 3rd in player of the season!! JESUS! He hasn''t rotated the squad because he is inept at changing formation and utilising his players. He is one dimensional and Fox doesn''t fit into his style of football. If you dont play your players in games they wont be match fit. You agreed with original poster therefore blaming Fox for the outcome of the score!
Yet again, the history of last season is rewritten. I don''t have full details at work but Fox was replaced by Howson once he was fit and Howson was first choice for the last quarter if the season. Even Lambert didn''t think Fox was the best he had by the end of last season. I like Fox not because of what he does particularly but because the team always seemed to play better when he was there. This season he was excellent at Peterborough and poor against Luton. As for squad rotation being atrocious, that''s just ridiculous. His season has confirmed what we knew last May namely that many of last season''s squad are not good enough in the long term. What is it about Jackson, Barnett, C Martin, Tierney or sad to say Fox in their admittedly sparse appearances this season that justifies their gtreater involvement? I wish it were not so but it is the case that they are not players with long term Premier. League careers.
If he wasn''t good enough and CH thought this, why did he give him a three year contract at the start of the season?
Lol, have you ever rung into Canary call?
No and neither do I have 14 thousand post on the Pinkun!!
Maybe you have nothing interesting to say, have you considered that?
I have plenty of interesting things to say, I just have a life outside of the Pinkun forum, you know real friends and a social life... I enjoy discussing football with people that understand it and talk common sense rather than blaming outcomes of football matches on players that haven''t played all season.

 12.

Are you kidding me... clearly you know nothing. There is a huge difference between being fit and match fit. Not only that he hasn''t taken to the pitch all season for me unacceptable for such a key player last season.Your statement clears up a lot, i wonder how many of 14 thousand post are complete and utter pish like your last one. Keyboard warrior?
Ask yourself why he hasn''t been getting in the team.Oh dear, I''m afraid you''re the one behaving like a keyboard warrior here. If you can''t back up your opinion with sound reason and logic its not my problem mate, its yours.
He hasn''t been getting into the team because he doesn''t fit in to Hughton''s style of play. Fox is excellent at keeping possession and distribution of the football, he was the heart beat of our team last year.Again my point being is there is a massive difference to being fit and having match fitness. You ask any footballer and minutes on the pitch are the most important thing when it comes to consistency and form something Fox has not had this season.

 14. Fox hasn''t played all season, talk about throwing him in at the deep end. He has 0 match fitness, what does Hughton expect if he doesnt play him all season.I think that is the big difference from last year, the lack of squad use.
 15.
Well for what it''s worth i think he will leave in the summer and that his relationship with the club and the fans has been damaged too much to repair. Of course he has to take some of the blame for that, but equally so do the fans for reacting the way they have to his peformances as a lone striker. These were an absolutely critical part of the successes we have had this season and will be the one reason we stay up this season - if we do. Unfortunately, too many couldn''t see it, only looked at his goal return, and conveniently ignored the fact that he was absent from many of the defeats in our bad run. That has understandably irritated him, but he has let this affect his performances on his return from injury, and this has seen him dropped, which he also hasn''t reacted well to performance wise. Coming off the bench has never really been his thing (not forgetting Anfield last season!). Add to that having his family relocate North, whatever the valid reasons, can''t help him. He''s a family guy who probably needs his family around him to be happy, as would any father. All in all, it seems a parting of the ways would be best for all concerned and a swap with Hooper wouldn''t be a disaster. Hooper is young and can still improve and will be keen and raring to go, rather than a jaded and irritated Holt.
A1canary, I couldn''t agree with you more. From memory you are one of the poster on here that stands out for talking a lot of sense. Its a shame the way it has gone with him because he has been great for us in the past especially last season I mean the guy was being talked up for an England call up. Look he has been effective, he gave us a dimension that few teams posses, I think most people question his footballing ability and at times he looks like a hippo attempting ballerina. Its was his side plot in the Lambert saga that has caused so much animosity between him and the fans. I have seen him out and about and his manner is not that of a legend. You wouldnt see Hucks, Roberts or Drury talking the way he does, I personally think that mold of footballer is long gone. I thought we had that in Holt but not now, its a real shame but i certainly wont be buying his  autobio.
 16. Darren Huckerby had been at Nottingham Forest, Newcastle, Leeds and Manchester City and never once showed the City fans the kind of disrespect or arrogance that Grant (fat boy) Holt has shown in recent times.
 17.

I am glad I am in the minority regarding Holt, as a huge percentage of people that post on here (infact) a huge percentage of Norwich fans haven''t a clue regarding football. Hence the reason why we are portrayed in the press as a small club; our fans comprise of Old Farmers, family''s dripped in official club merchandise and local business men/women who are only there for a roast and a good chin wag. Oh and not forgetting the social climbers. Holt needs to take a good look at himself and remember which club took him from obscurity and gave him his chance to run with the big boys. He strikes me as surly pr*ck, with an extremely high opinion of himself which is baffling to me with someone with such a sh*t CV before us. When West Ham came in for him last Summer with a 4 million bid, I thought at the time and clearly still do think we were mad!!I hope your wrong about Reading, however can see your point as they will have no pressure on them and of course the result is not a full gone conclusion. However still think we will bag the three points.I look forward to safety and all of the players we will be linked with in the Summer.
To say that Holt had a poor CV before he came to us is disrespectful and inaccurate.   He has had a prolific career in the lower leagues and this is what prompted us to get him.   Lower league football is not sh*t.    The League 1 campaign we had was terrific.  You make it sound like you are an expert on football and the rest of us know nothing,  but you come across as someone with a big chip on their shoulder about the club and its fans.   I wonder why?
Lake District, I apologies Grant Holt didn''t have a shit CV before coming to us, what i meant to get across in my point was the clubs he had been at doesn''t not warrant this big time charlie attitude he portrays. The only other club he has been at that I would classify as a decent sized club is Forest. He was prolific in the lower leagues and was a perfect signing for us in League One.
 18.

Holt - He bagged 15 prem goals last season, he then handed his Transfer Request in and demanded 25 grand a week. I for one dont see 5 goals a decent return for that salary.
Spectacularly arrogant to claim the "majority of city fans" don''t have a clue about football and then to make a statement like this! How many goals do you want for 25 grand a week then? What about from Tevez and his 200k a week? Completely ignores the point about how Holt has been used this season, not to mention the number of starts this season vs last. I don''t deny he has been off form, but that applies to every player in every team. Oh, except those that are paid enough. If you pay them enough, they are continuously in top form. I know that, because i know a lot about football.
My gripe is not with the amount he is paid, but what he has produced since demanding it. Not only that but the way he went about getting what he wanted. I personally think he deserved the pay increase he wanted, however the manner in which he manipulated the club and the use of twitter was enormously disrespectful to the fans and the club that pay his wages. Talk about spectacularly arrogant, this guy has really shown his true colours, becoming more and more of a tw*t along the way... you say hero, I say villain... As a fan I have washed my hands with him, thank you for the memories Grant however this last year has left a foul taste of resentment and disdain on his legend status.

 21. Holt - He bagged 15 prem goals last season, he then handed his Transfer Request in and demanded 25 grand a week. I for one dont see 5 goals a decent return for that salary. His last few games have seen him miss a vitally important penalty, mess up a fairly straight forward one on one at Sunderland, not forgetting his reckless challenge against Swansea which could of seen him sent off and us down to 10 men with 10 minutes to go. He has resembled nothing but a pub team striker this season. Money well spent? I don''t think so, there is no place for nostalgia in today''s game.Hughton - I for one think he will keep us up this season, however its a results game and with our ruthless CEO I can see him being under pressure very early on next season.stumble is still the adjective i will use...
 22. My views on the current situation at Carrow Road;Grant Holt - I like all City fans will never forget the goals he has scored for us over the years, however his behavior over the last year has been unacceptable. Behavior I wouldn''t expect to see from a club captain. With his well timed and manipulated transfer request he happily held the club to ransom during an extremely difficult time period (when Lambert left), which I for one will never forget of forgive him for. On top of that this season he has looked unfit and disinterested, he clearly has no relationship with the manager and frankly I wouldn''t be too bothered if he never wore a canary shirt again. If I were a betting man he will be off in the Summer.Chris Hughton - He strikes me as a very nice and intelligent man who has a good understanding of the top flight and how to grind out results (mainly draws), with lets be honest and fair to him not the best squad. His defensive approach, particularly certain home games (Newcastle, Southampton) have left the Carrow Road crowd becoming more and more detracted to him. It hasn''t helped his plight following a manager like Lambert, we were spoiled last season with the football on show under Lambert. However you can see the players/fans becoming more and more frustrated with the negative style he has adopted especially the lack of desire to change the game when needed. If we stay up I cant see him having much time next season, his head could be on the chopping board very early on.Relegation - It is as simple as this, we beat Reading at home and pick up a draw in one of the other remanding five fixtures and we will have done enough to survive for another year. If we manage to do this (frankly if we don''t we deserve to go down) Hughton has earned his chance at developing the side and spending the money in improving the cohesion and the goal scoring department at the club. Personally I think we will stumble over like a degenerate old drunk, however looking back over the season we could of made it a lot easier for ourselves.
 23.
I couldn''t care less what he does now - he is part of NCFC history, albeit a highly succesful three years, and nothing to do with the present. We have what looks like a very good successor in Chris Hughton and that''s all that matters to me.
agree, I feel we have moved on as a club very quickly, which is great testament to CH and the fans. I just cant stand mindless fans coming on here calling him Lambert a tool when he bought us so many memories and accolades. Villa didn''t owe us a penny, Lambert was on a rolling one year contract.... The compensation disagreement was between Lambert and Norwich not Villa and Norwich. It was over the bonus he had in his contract to keep us up, which he did... Therefore was rightfully paid.
 24.
Yeh but to be fair Wiz, we knew this girl came with a reputation! so what did you expect would happen when you knew what she was like before your married her? It''s like our **** isn''t big enough to satisfy and Villa''s **** might be bigger but a rubbish ****.
true but a terrible analogy
 25.

The longer the arrogant tool stays there the better for us.
That arrogant tool is a large percentage of the reason why our football club is in the position it is in today. I hate these cynical Norwich opinions about Lambert. What did he do wrong? He left our club to further his career, Villa are a bigger club, in hindsight not a better squad/club but defiantly bigger. He left us for more money, who wouldn''t? He sued us for what was rightfully deserved.Whats the problem? Its a natural feeling to resent his decision and of course I laugh a little inside when Villa lose but he did nothing but good for our club and will always be held in high regard. Any understanding football fan would have the same opinion.
It was like finding out your girlfriend/wife has been shagging your next door neighbour!   I''ll hold my ground on this.
It was nothing of the sort, a) Villa are hundreds of miles away from us and b) he requested the chance to speak with Villa which we refused triggering a breach of contract therefore him serving his notice. Get over it, its happened before and it will happen again. Its football, you should remember the good in Lambert not the bad as he is and forever will be a club legend...
