  1. I''m pretty sure we would be able to get him for free if we were to go for him in the summer as he''d be 24 by then and not under the bosman ruling. However, like others has said he would have more options then and would demand higher wages and a bigger signing on fee. Good buy if it comes off though. Just a shame he''s injured at the moment!
  2. Norwich 2-1 Chelsea. Anthony Pilkington with a brace.
  3. Does he get enough goals? League One - 14 goals in all competitions (11 league) Championship - 11 goals in all competitions (10 league) Pretty sure he got quite a few assists too last season. Definitely was in double figures! And as for this season he has scored 2 in the league which isn''t bad at al considering he hasn''t started every game and are playing at a much higher level.
  4. "bigger wages or not?'' That''s the thing. We will never go for a player like that as he is on 50k a week. Which is one of the reasons why Man Utd wanted to get rid of him. Lambert said it today, wages are a massive problem in getting players in.
  5. Holt played as a winger for most of the season after they got promoted I think.
  6. No relevant to us as we''re going to be in the Premier League for many years to come ;)
  7. Grant Holt just tweeted "My best memory of 2011 football wise was laughing at the mascot after we spanked ip5w1ch at there place ha. Classic"
  8. Jacko - In this case those tickets were in huge demand.
  9. I just find it very frustrating how quite a few spurs fans go in the home ends. Many Norwich fans who wanted to go to that game missed out due to those fans siting in seats they don''t deserve to be in. Wonder how they got tickets anyway? Thought you needed to purchase a super membership these days to get tickets. Unless they just purchased the super membership for just one game. Maybe the allocation of casual tickets needs to be reviewed. Maybe a "loyalty points" system which many Premier League clubs have these days should be implemented. Would stop away fans getting in the home ends and reward casual supporters who go to the Fulhams, WBAs etc with priority tickets for the big boys.
  10. http://www.mirrorfootball.co.uk/transfer-news/Transfer-gossip-Fulham-lead-race-to-sign-Chris-Gunter-Nottingham-Forest-and-Wales-right-back-article846591.html The Mirror says we are looking at him.
  11. Hopefully the Holt sending off will be in the back of his mind when Holty falls over in the area ;)
  12. I think we should give Jackson a chance but can you really take out Holt or Morison?
  13. It''s all about money and getting in as many fans as possible. And i''m sure we would make more money in the long run if we would had put seating in their instead. Especially at £45 or whatever we charge for casual tickets. Chelsea do have a hotel but it is doesn''t have a view of the pitch. Just near the front of the stadium.
  14. Leyton Orient have a hotel around their stadium. And I was just emphasising the point that it was very short sighted. Wouldn''t see any other Premier League team having a hotel in the corner.
  15. Still can''t believe we built that hotel in the corner. What a waste. Looks like something you would see at a League one or two club not a Premier League one.
  16. He probably would have written "Onto Norwich 3 points needed, but won''t be easy etc" if you weren''t limited to how much you can write in a tweet.
  17. Adebayor has scored 6 in 6. Hardly would call that being hit and miss.
  18. NorwichNorth - Very true!! Tha''ts what Man Utd did against Bale and he didn''t manage to do anything against them. But then again we''re not Man Utd!
  19. Will support the team no matter what. So i''ll be there. And it was 4-0 Gingerpele ;) haha
