1. Cant beleive he wont be in the England squad soon. His save today was amazing described by Owen Coyle as a wonder save that stopped Bolton getting a point.
2. I always had respect for WBA and their manager in different roles through the years. The comments on their website are beyond beleif. Quite clearly he watched Vaughan get into the position where maximum injury could be caused. They also have one of their coaches taking the p*ss at us saying we got him banned now it will be us that suffer as they are playing our relegation rivals when he is suspended. Is it not normal when something like this happens especially if it was an accident to apologise ? I think Tamas is a bit scared. Why are we ( the team that was stuffed by all this ) being held up as the bad guys by WBA ?.    Dont suppose for one second it will happen but Vaughan and or the club should demand the offending article be taken off their website, a public apology made or Vaughan will commence legal proceedings. Anyone got Hodgsons email address maybe we could send him all the various footage.  Clearly in that part of the West Midlands having thugs in your team is acceptable ala Muscat at Wolves.
3. There must be more to this story than meets the eye. There are things that I am quite shocked that are not happening, for instance I thought there would be a ban this year on players signing anything or maybe despite the denials food and drink from outside being banned. Thats what makes me think there is more to this than meets the eye as those measures could save / make the club thousands as opposed to a few quid. If my hunch is wrong and it is just pettiness then the club are out of order in this instance.   So come on then whos been a naughty boy or girl and what did you do ? Surely NCISA know whats going on ? And if it is the club being petty has anyone complained except on here ?
4. Funny old world. Something changed on Sunday. We were chasing a game and for the first time in 3 seasons Lambert did not see Holt as his man to bail him out. Maybe he had a knock not sure but if not this was a major change of Lambert thinking. My opinion for what it is worth is that we need somebody to start banging in goals and make the attacking berth their own. IMO all of our strikers seem to be of the same ability just in their different ways. I am not sure exactly what the problem is either. If we take Holt as an example he had a chance in each of the Wigan and Chelsea games ( I think from crossed freekicks ) where all he simply had to do was touch the ball into the net. In each instance he missed the ball. Against WBA the ball rebounded to him off a defender and he shot wide as he did not react quick enough to be in a good position to score. You just feel that most established premiership forwards ( ones we also cant afford ) would probably have scored from those chances. I am sure also that Holt would have scored from those chances in the championship. That makes me think that the pressure of knowing when you get a chance to score you must score is to much for the average good striker. And before I get lots of abuse I have used Holt as an example the same applies to all our forwards to date.
5.
i think that, as someone has already mentioned, your biggest worry should be sunderland. steve bruce is having a torrid time up there, and has had a fair amount of money to spend. there are already rumours of a `win the next one or you`re out` threat having been issued.
Lets hope its not the same when we play them or maybe we will have to let them win to stop Lambert going. Sunderland are a huge club and an unproven manager for Quin would be seen by Sunderland supporters as the final straw.
6. IMO lots of people are caring not to recall what we have already been told ie we will be a yo yo club maybe for as much as 5 seasons. This season is  an if we stay up fantastic if we dont then we have a squad to walk the championship that bought into our plan when they signed. Having said that Lambert will not have his ambitions ruined by a group of supporters giving him stick and questioning his abilities. Should we carry on struggling, lets say we lost the next two games and people ( however small in number ) start to give him some personal stick I think for the sake of his own ambitions he will walk ala Martin O''Neil at various clubs. He has already stated on a number of occassions '' I am a hero while I am winning but lose a few games and everybody wants you out thats the nature of football ''.   Anybody prepared to question his abilities needs to be careful what they wish for. If we lose the stability this club has now, who knows where we will finish up.
7. Joking aside Pete I think one of the reasons he is being charged by the FA is to stop criminal charges.    To stop managers like Hodgson yesterday and Wneger and Ferguson many times previously making such ridiculous comments after the game as '' I have seen the replay and there was no intent '' I think he should be charged with bringing the game into disripute. Lets face it if this was a fan doing this yesterday to another fan in view of the injuries sustained Tamas could well have been looking at a custodial sentence. If his mate lied and said it was a total accident he would be done for perverting the course of justice.   All said and done we lose out others will gain. As Savage said yesterday on the 5live phone in he thought refereeing in the championship last year was appaling but the premiership this year is just as bad.
8. Hodgson - It was clearly not deliberate - Instead of stating s**t why not simply at least say I will need to have another look.
9. If a fan had done that to another fan today taking into account the seriousness of the injuries it would be likely that there would be a custodial sentence. Should the FA turn a blind eye ( no pun intended ) then I really hope Vaughan / NCFC or a fan make a complaint to the police and ask them to investigate. Tamas is clearly nothing but a thug and Hodgson standing by him at best brings the game into disrepute.   I dont twitter but apparently ( according to Robbie Savage ) Vaughan has not been complimentary and has openly thanked him for the serious injury. Unfortunately you can already see the story - no action is taken by FA / Police one of our players extracts revenge at WBA. The revenge results in a red card and a penalty.
10. Before moving back to Norwich we used to do every home match from Lichfield. There are lots of midland canaries a number based around Cannock. They always tended to have a social based around I think the Wolves game.
11. cant wait to be sitting in a half empty stadium for the majority of games if the stadium is expanded. What odds the first call to radio Norfolk on Sunday will be '' would have gone to the game but could not get a ticket ''lol.
12. I actually find this quite interesting as I had this discussion the other night. On Saturday I went with others to watch the Chelsea game. Now I must say that we do go to local football usually when Norwich are away so although I did it myself I do have to agree that some local clubs must be suffering ie Wroxham / Dereham / Kings Lyn. Now I also thought about our own gates. On the face of it our numbers sort of show we get full houses, however do away supporters not travel because of the streaming ?. It also seems for our first 2 games despite a couple of comments on here we have really struggled to sell the home allocation. Cant say I remember any game like that when we were in the premiership last time and I dont know if these streams are the reason. We have sold the tickets eventually but a long time after going on general sale so those saying it is impossible to get a ticket are not really presenting the facts. I have mixed feelings therefore as this may effect us far more after our novelty first season has gone and season tiket prices increase.
13.
Mugs...he won''t cut it at that level.
In fairness to the guy if he gets a 3 year contract and his wages are as good or better than here I would suggest that he has aceived more than most professional footballers. Lets not forget only a couple of years ago he was a scaffolder. Wether you love him or hate him I think you should give him credit for what he has acheived. With the massive sell on clause rumoured to be part of any deal you should actually hope that he does really well as long as it is not at our expense. If this was not Lambert I suspect this board would be going mad now.
14. I thought the one the week before was worse when Shawcross ( who had already been booked ) went through Holt on the half way line. Its strange refs ( quite rightly ) try to keep 11 on the field, however when it comes to these one on ones they seem to get their reds out without even consulting. If the 4th official could have had a quick look at the replay I am sure he would have said yellow. There would have been no delay to the game. But under the current rules it is not allowed except of course when Ferguson / Dalglish are doing their nuts. We need to learn fast. The top players take their opportunities to get touched and then fall over. However they do in a critical area and ensure there is contact. Holt in my opinion could learn from this and not keep going down on the half way line. Doing it constantly puts doubt in officials mind when a player is constantly on the deck ( human nature ). Last thing the most sad thing I think is the inconsistency. We also saw on bbc a similar Ruddy - no red card. We have seen the Wigan shoulder barge now - regularly no freekick, certainly not a pen. If refs could be consistent ie the shoulder barge was always pen then no one would complain but it is mainly inconsistencies that cause the confusion and arguments
15. Despite getting lots of stick from a poster when I suggested this before I would suggest that these players probably wont move until at least January. My reasoning is that when we were promoted they all got a lovely pay increase so why would you want to move. Anyone interested would be unlikely to pay the wages for what most would consider average players. Cant see Norwich paying their contracts off but hey you never know.
16. Joey Barton is apparently having a medical at present with QPR
17. Look East wont apologise - they need the extra few minutes each week to show all the goals from the 1p5wich games
18.

Interesting topic this. In strict terms the individuals have signed a false declaration which is a criminal offence and when found out they can count themselves fortunate not to be prosecuted. On the other hand i have been going to football matches for over 40 years and over that time lots of people have always tried to get in cheaper seats. In the past the clubs including Norwich were not that bothered as there was plenty of capacity and a concession fee was better then nothing. I do find it hars to understand why the dobs were not verified years ago in respect of season tickets, a simple move and once done does not need to be repeated. 200 people sounds a lot but is less than 1%, though probably saves the club about £40 000 a year if taken up by adults. i suspect that in the longer term if we remain in the premiership all concessions will be squeezed to concentrate on the full paying adults. As for the people caught out they cannot complain and in effect will not be able to see Norwich again in the forseeable future as regardlessof bans will find it near impossible to get a ticket
£40,000?[:^)]
I assume you are refering to this figure being high, I would guess its low. Under 21 season tickets work out at about £8 per game. These tickets for the likes of Man U will be sold at £50. £42 x 200 ( maybe as many as 280 ) is £8400 for 1 game only. If there are 280 this pushes the figure nearer £12000. Even an adult season ticket at full price is a huge amount more than an under 21 at first renewal prices.   It was done surely with complete disregard for those paying properly. We had to pay for a birth certificate for our lad as we could not find his. Probably would have agreed that we should not have lost the original but if it was not for these guys it would not have been necessary. Name them in next weeks programme lol
19. Suggest you complain as somebody clearly does not understand their own rules. There is a link on the email that takes you to the website this states   Yellows is our American Bar & Grill with a relaxed vibe and cool, contemporary design. Open 7 days a week. Enjoy a Burger, Chunky Chips and Pint of Carling for £10 before the game. Available from two hours before kick-off at every home game.   It should based on the email have been available from 11: 30. Send it to McNally
20. Why do I sense this is turning into a Chris Martin bashing session. On todays evidence if Chris Martin is as bad as some of you making out that does not say much for a lot of our other players. Not really sure what else Martin needs to do. He was given a standing ovation when withdrawn so a lot of people were very hypocritical if you joined in and did not boo. Or was it that you drew your comments from watching his every move on radio Norfolk.
21. TBH I have yet to see a replay but the players suggested that something was not right. However even assuming that decision to send Barnett off was correct ( penalty or not ) how was the Shawcross challenge on Holt on the halfway line when he went straight through him not a second yellow.
22.
Surely thats a f*cking stupid team choice!! C.Martin? defensive at home? Hoping I will be proved wrong!!
You were. As per my previous post as they set up to nulify the diamond Lambert completely stuffed them and they had to change formation. They also spent quite a while yesterday practising the defence of the very same free kick we scored from. Fair play PL when I saw your team I thought we will never match them playing the same way but we did.
23.

Strange how fans have different opinions to the men at the top. I watched Stoke train today and it was all about how to stop Hoolahan ( and Fox ). To match them up will require a really strange system as they will be playing 4 big guys at the back that automatically changes to 3 at the back when they have the ball. Jones will be a lone attacker but will have balls to his feet and will receive out wide. Their cunning plan is to hit our full backs with Huth Wilkinson Pennant and Etherington. They were huge. In fairness to them as well there was no talk of a high ball.
Do you mind me asking where they were training? It''s unusual for a team to let people watch them train the day before a game. Can you explain a bit more about how Huth is going to cause any trouble whatsoever to our full backs? Are you saying that Stoke are going to play with a giant 6 foot 3 inch left back? That seems a bit odd to me, BUT, if true.... then I 100% want to see Elliott Bennett down that right hand side. It would be bizarre to see Huth playing there, considering they have James Collins, Danny Pugh, and Danny Higginbotham, who can all play left back. That makes me wonder whether either you got Huth mixed up with somebody else, or assumed that they had their XI on the pitch, or.... hate to say it.... whether you are telling the truth. That would be a bit like us playing Zak Whitbread at right back for the sake of it, with Martin or Naughton on the bench, just wouldn''t happen.
No right back.

25.

Kenwyn Jones and Thomas Sorenson gone off injured!! Injury problems are mounting!!
Who else do they have injured then?
They looked preety fit to me. Sorenson will be on bench though as he is not their no. 1 anymore
