Everton fan sites have taken screen shots and tweeted the club asking he banned. However there''s not been a response.Never thought I''d say this but well done David McNally, I hope my club will be doing likewise but they''re completely disconnected from the fan base so I doubt it

I''m devastated for him, I don''t exactly like Norwich but I really hoped he''d make a success of it with you in the PL. He must have the worst luck with injuries ever, could have been a great player if he didn''t miss so much football from the age of 16 onwards

you won''t face a points deduction, but you will have to give us subtanstial compensation and maybe a fine as wellI have never known a club appoint a manger without compensation being agreed. Bolton waited to appoint Coyle because they had to agree compensation with Burnley and the same happened with Mark Robins when he moved from Rotherham to Barnsley. If compensation hadn''t have been agreed in those cases they wouldn''t have appointed the manager. In getting promoted, you have won, so the compensation shouldn''t really matter because we''d much rather be in your position, but you have done something wrong and that is plainly obvious, you took our manager who was under contract with us and didn''t pay for him, we''d like that money now please
