  1. Honestly Brendan, it''s a really good book to delve in and out - it''s more the kind of thing you''d open at random and read a bit of, and then open up somewhere else. There''s a wicked picture of Darren Eadie in an England kit in there, too.
  2. Hi everyone,Long-time reader (so I''m familiar with the works of First Wizard, Jas the Barclay King and Phrankin, and the legendary XXL16), first-time poster - just logging on with a shameless plug for my book, NORWICH CITY: ON THIS DAY.As the name implies, it''s a day-by-day history of NCFC, with lots of facts and trivia about City''s greatest League and Cup matches, ups and downs, departures and arrivals, covering everything from the club''s formation in 1902 to the end of last season. It even clears up the myth that the Pape Diop who played for Norwich and the Pape Diop who scored against France in 2002 were the same person (I wish I''d known when I told all my sceptical friends "Honestly, that guy used to play for us!"), and I particularly enjoyed the entry for 7 March 2004, when Hucks and Malky''s goals helped us beat Ipswich 3-1 at Carra - you may remember Fabian Wilnis crying like a baby. If you don''t - the quote''s in the book, with lots of other interesting snippets from former City players, managers and officials.Anyway, blah blah blah - the book has a foreword by Martin Peters and is endorsed by Kevin Reeves and Chris Lakey, and is available from the club shop, lots of other high street bookstores and Amazon - http://www.amazon.co.uk/Norwich-City-This-Day-History/dp/1905411529/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&s=books&qid=1257970485&sr=8-1. I hope you like it, anyway.Cheers,Gareth James.
