  1. Theyre not all bad.

Saw this quote on their messageboard.

    Norwich

Just wanted to say congratulations to first of all.

But also wanted to add what a pleasure it was being at the game today, full house, both sets of fans in full voice, and also how accomodating the Norwich fans were in the walk up to the game. We (city fans) were welcomed into bars, and had good conversation with the Norwich fans! Dont no how many others walked through the through way from Frankie n Bennies , past weatherspoons etc, but the atmosphere was one to be jealous of. Such. Shame there would be no way of creating such an atmosphere prior to games at the Ricoh. Heres hopin the atmosphere we experienced inside the ground can be brought to the Ricoh!!

"Next year, we''ll be champions, next year we''ll be champions........"

  2. Why the sniping at MD?

He may well have had 10 away stubs, he does go to many City away games.

    I like him.

I have never heard of another high profile journalist giving us as much positive exposure.

And if you look on TWTD, you will see that he even responds to insulting emails from our binner friends in 1ps5wich.

  3. As an avid reader of many clubs forums, I can say that almost all of them have posts complaining about the level of support their teams sometimes get.

Norwich fans are the same as all other fans.

    Sometimes noisy

    Sometimes very noisy

    Sometimes quiet.

    Its the same everywhere.

Many times visiting managers and players say how good the atmosphere is at CR.

Neil Warnock says the place rocks and he loves it.

Cant argue with Neil, can we?

  4. Yet again another pointless thread about atmosphere.

How many times do we have to bear this drivel.

The atmosphere at ALL grounds is variable, depending on circumstances.

OUR MANAGER thinks the atmosphere at the Carra is terrific.

Opposing managers often comment how hostile a place it is.

Even Neil Warnock, who is no shrinking violet mentions it.

When Steve Bruce was manager of Birmingham he commended the Norwich atmosphere.

As for Leeds, yes, last night they were up for it, but so would any club have been when playing Arsenal.

The last time I went to Elland Road, their crowd was pretty quiet and the attendance was barely 20,000.

In reality all crowds can be noisy or quiet.

If you spend time on other clubs messageboards, you will see that every club gets these kinds of posts about so called lack of atmosphere.

    Pointless!!!!!!

  5. Cant understand Burnley.

Nothing against them, but why would any aspiring championship manager want to go there?

They may have parachute money, but when they were in the prem they spent very little, so that is unlikely to change.

Clarets mad is still saying that Lambert was interested and changed his mind.

I dont believe that for a moment, and agree with MCnally that they have been unprofessional and still are with their approach for MM.

  6. I sit in Lower Barclay block A

At every home league game I am surrounded by the same people (obviously all ST holders)

Saturday was a totally different experience, virtuallyu no regulars, lots of kids, mums and fans who had no idea where to sit.

    Result , no atmosphere,.
