Well I live in Taiwan (other side of China for those that have heard of it but don''t know where it is). As to match progress, Last year I read the 2 min updates on the BBC site + we had highlights of all the Prem matches on a Mon night for one hour and usually saw NCFC on that prog for 2-3 mins. This year I have signed up for canariesworld but I only signed on Thurs so haven''t used it for commentary yet, I missed the first two matches because I thought I could cope with after the match reports but it turns out I can''t. Mind you the evening games start at about 3am for me so I won''t be listening to them! I think for canariesworld you must have broadband to make it worthwhile, I do like being able to see the highlights - in fact I get better coverage of them now then I did last year when they were in the prem. I dunno why Doncaster is labelled as Doomcaster, he seems to be don''t a godo job for me i) pushes the boat out to get 3 loan players in the promotion year ii) Releases the dosh to get Leon and Hux at Christmas time recognising the chance for promotion iii) Gets the money togeather to pick up the Danish Captain + a few more intl players before going into the Prem iv) Helps set the club record signing for Aston by allowing arranginig the payment to be spread over the parachute payments so we can get Ashton even thou we don''t have the money ''right then'' v) Sticks to his guns and forces another club to pay up for Francis vi) Pledges all money raised by selling players goes back into buying new ones (rather than helping to service club debts). I''m happy to say that I think the bloke is doing a very difficult job and doing it very well. I remember being there chanting ''CHASE OUT'' and while I''d love for them to splah the cash I''d rather NCFC does okay and be able to take my children to see a decent match in 10 yrs time than be in the positon of say Notts Forest. Flem took the #23 shirt in the Dereham pre-season match after he broke his nose. I actually find it more telling that they bring only one shirt for player to each match, I mean surely it can''t be that hard to recognise the player and get him another one of his shirts so it must be they bring only one per player. This shows us to be a small club compared to say ManU where I remember once hearing that they changed the entire teams shirts to another colour at half-time because they were wearing a grey/pale blue and Fergie reconned they they had trouble seeing each other so made them change at half-time.

i) Would be want him, the last week everyone has being saying how much better Marney is and how lightweight Bentley was. ii) Would he want to come back? Personally I think a midfield or Hux, Marney, Bentley, Safri looks abit too lightweight to me, 2 out of Hux/Marney/Bentley could play with Safri and one other but all three togeather and I think we''d start shipping goals by the shedloads as Hux/Bentley won''t be back to defend much. Well I can understand him not playing if he is not fully fit. Worthy only has 3 subs to use (out of 5) and if Shacks can not last 85 mins (say a CB is hurt after 5) then its a big risk to even have him on the bench esp since Worthy already knew that probably Marney would have to come off anyway. I''d rather have Flem/Doc and no Shacks than having to risk Marney for 90 mins. The midfield is already very weak better to use the not 100% fit subs there than the backs in my opinion. Eldrich

Thanks for that Pete, Been lurking here for a few months and sorry my first post was a complaint - off to bed now. BTW I was in Norfolk for my 2 yearly hols last month and managed to get tickets to the Dereham match (1st NCFC match for my Chinese wife, and my first match since leaving about 10yrs ago) anyway my wife was dead impressed with the players attitutes to the children there. I hope whoever they do sign has a similar outlook to the fans as well being a good player. Eldrich

I have to complain about this deletion, I''m on the other side of China (where it is far past my bedtime) and desparetly trying to find out what the press conference is about and you delete it! I''ve been to the official site and seen there is a notice there about the boxing but of course I don''t know if this is what the press conference is about or not.
