Do they stand up to each other or are they too scared of being left out in the next move. its pathetic. Surely if a manager can''t explain his ideas and ambitions to a qualified coach who is not also his bessie mate he is not much of a man manager. I know the normal rules of employment don''t seem to apply to football but in the real world how many new bosses demand that everyone be sacked and replaced with mates before they start a job?
