1. Because it''s the mighty Charlton?7100 is more than our old "stadium" used to hold, so it doesn''t seem that disastrous to me. We are still finding out how many people we can get along to a bigger ground. We are aware of being a small club - it''s not news.In case it''s a concern - please be assured we will do you the courtesy of filling it up when we play Massive Club City.
 2.
"I met some Colchester fans outside Morrisons after the Colchester 7-1 win against us and they told me it took Lambert a season to getting them playing like they did against us. If the style of fast football, playing the ball to our strikers feet is what we are going to end up then it cant come soon enough." That 7-1 wasnt colechester playing well,  It was City playing badly.  thats if you can call it playing.  so if its taken him 12 moths to get them that good then really they should be doing better than they actaully are.  am i right in thinking they havent actually won since beating us???
I know you wrote this nearly 2 weeks ago but did you look at the league table?
 3.

Hilarious.I''d love to win 7-1 at Wembley.
I see only 7100 there last night, against high flying Charlton, a much bigger club than yourselves, absolutely pathetic.
How many would be an acceptable number in your view?
 4. "...So, err... That''s settled then, right?"9 pages of responses indicates otherwise.
 5. "it''s clear your bothered by it" says the English language expert.Maybe your board of directors thought Cureton was a freebie as well - that would explain, to a point, the poo you are in now.
 6. Wow some really classy comments on here from Massive City. We will take you to the cleaners, and rightly so. All the best in League Two.
 7. "losing record" - took Wycombe to the playoffs and then took a Colchester team that was in the relegation zone after 10 games when he arrived to comfortable mid-table (and looked like having a crack at the playoffs before a late dip in form). Beggars can''t be choosers chaps.
 8. Basically this move will not please anyone. The majority of Col U fans want some stability and having given Lambert the resources to assemble his own team we would like to see what he can do with it. The early signs this season are encouraging as you guys have noticed. Conversely the majority of Norwich fans think you could do better, I''d question that to be honest but that seems to be the general feeling on here. I''ve heard it from a number of places now, could just be the same rumour getting out of control but suspect it may be the case. If so, it''s a risky move for Lambert in my opinion, he has not stayed anywhere long and has a platform to do something at Colchester which will get him his move to a big club. If he goes to Norwich and it doesn''t work out for him it would be hard to see where that shaky track record takes him next.
 9. Yeah I think Col U were lucky and Norwich shaded it. 7 goals against the run of play.
 10. Oh I know all about glass houses and casting the first stone - it''s just that we have a good manager, a solid team and an owner who has a clue what he is doing, so it''s hard to see how that old adage applies here. Our scummy messageboard can be found at forum.cu-fcchat.com. I am sure you will be bookmarking it as you care so little about us.
 11.

roll back 4 years and we were all getting excited about crystal palace at home for the first game of the prem season next week. 4 years on and we are a NATIONAL joke. answer me this, why do we put up with it? we have just managed to accept the 2nd relegation in 4 years and then we are made to be a laughing stock throughout the country as we are beaten 7-1 by colchester. there is no way i am setting foot in suffolk as you could just imagine the jokes being made. norwich city = national joke. END OF.
Mind you, Ipswich fans must of hated it aswell. In one game, there main rivals lost 7-1, but there near equal rivals won 7-1! Must of been a strange feeling for them.
You''ll find Ipswich''s view of us is similar to yours: shitty small club down the road. They get on their feet in their thousands to sing loudly about how little they care about us. They didn''t tempt fate by singing "we''ll never play you again" though. Only you guys were that silly.
 12. Biggest day in our history, nah I think that would have been getting promoted to the Championship - sure you''ve spent a lot of your history at a higher level still but at the moment it seems you''re a bit shite. We will enjoy it and no amount of condescension from Massive City will taint that :)
 13.

Well it''s good that you have something to laugh about i guess! You talk as if we''re the minnows enjoying our day in the sun, you forget our previous meeting was in the Championship so one victory in League One is certainly not something we''d settle for as the high point of our season. However, 7-1 away in a derby game against the team whose fans were singing "we''ll never play you again" in 2007 is definitely worth a DVD thanks, mine''s on order! YOU sad gits!
A derby game, don''t flatter yourselves.
After yesterday''s result the term flatters you!
