1. Couple questions abuot medium term secuirty of teh club 1. Has the chronic (and stupid in my opinion) over spend on staff, playing & non, been addressed? (If they would put a figure on this for the season''s total wage bill so we can see the reduction it''d be nice) 2. Will the clubs debt repayment plan be adjusted/renegotiated in light of relegation/Can we afford current payment plan ongoing in Div 3 thanks
2.

Have a read through this thread. http://www.pinkun.com/cs/forums/1766909/ShowPost.aspx
Not interested is debating the actually player.  I''m asking if 7k a week too much for ANY div 1 player and if it could have disruptive effect on balance of the side.
Yes, but if you read the thread you''ll see countless posts from Camul who clearly says that he''s spoken with Gunn and it''s not £7k a week. It''s clearly the agent trying to drum up the best deal for his client. Is it too much? Yes. Will it upset balance? Well, no - because he''s not on £7k.
Pretty sure i said allow 20% for inflated reporting, but then you can''t have read that yourself Big question is why are we offerign anythign over 2k to anyone when money is so tight?

4. http://sport.scotsman.com/football/Hughes-joins-Norwich-on-threeyear.5480767.jp Even with a pinch of salt for media reporting, say 20% inflated (which would mean £5600), that is still way above league average.  It could unsettle the rest of teh squad if they are earning typicaly league 1 wages too
5. £650k for someone we got on a free & likely on a decent enough wage is not bad business Link that to his post Xmas performances when he had his head turned by Fulham interest & he was very much a below par performer more often than not So long Mr Clingan, you lack on dominance in midfield will not be missed
6. I''d like to know how they collected enough views from the members to be sure NISCA needed to make the statement, i didn''t get a call/e-mail/invitation to a sit down to discuss Personally i feel the current NISCA Committee is in desperate need for a personnel overhaul, new blood to take the Association forward, the failings of the Committee to be heard until too late last season needs to be addressed
7.

A pointless press release. As a member now of NISCA when can we sweep out the current elected & replace with fresh faces, as like the old City Board this current lot too stagnant & ineffective
What would you of preferred them to say? What they said was spot on, apart from the bit where they apologised to the club and the deluded idiots who have jumped on the latest Spin to come out of Carrow Road as something positive.
Say nothing. What, apart from Tilson rubbing his ego a bit more, was the point of it? Until the majority share holding held by Delia & MWJ changes then they could say this about any new arrival.  Stating the bleeding obvious is pointless

9.
Heard this a couple weeks back, he was contacted when staying at Huckerby''s place in the US having trials at 4 teams over there. Invited to drop into Colney on his return for a bit of training and a chat
bump
10. Am i right to say average division 3 wages is £1500 a week? So 78k a year.  I''d sign 4 or 5 mid''s players released by their clubs on 2 years deals, no big name or stars.  We need more players in to have a squad capable of a campaign & of course these are players that would be glad of a contract so might show a bit more passion than 1 season wonders or 1/2 season loanees
11. Or, as the poster above say''s, lets look for the younger released player There is no hard & fast rule that says NCFC must sign ancient crocks
12. If our lower league scouts have been doing their job & identifying targets who would go out of contract we should be able to swoop in and bring players in for no fee and for nominal league avergae wages. Let''s see how dynamic the club is in the coming few days
13. Been a few contenders by City players, best one by opposition has to be Zola''s from the corner though
14. Not read the detail of this Is it 60million plus taking on the debt, rumoured to be around 120mill Or 60mill and debt stay''s with Ashley? Delia "valuation" as mentioned below was inclusive of our debt being paid in full
15. We do need a big fella up front, Lee physically fits the bill However as he won''t be the one waying in with 20+ goals i agree anything more than 300k and typical Div 1 wages would have me looking at alternatives
16. If he really wants to come as is reported we should not have to spend alot to bring him here However, if Warnock is asking for silly money we cannot spend a sizeable chunk of our budget on Lee, he will be solid yes, but not prolific.
17. If there was to be a fan on teh baord i assume he''d have to sign confidentiality papers, this would mean anyone thinking they could/would be able to give a full blow by blow report on any/all meetings or decisions is would be sorely disappointed This is why they should not be a member of the Trust, or NICSA or SCG, any affiliation really.  They should attend meetings of all groups that is praticle to garner an understanding of the mood of the majority of the  but he should not go to meetings with pre-set agenda which could hinder important & neccessary decision making on the basis it might upset the Trust (or whoever) So add to your list independant & ability to keep mouth shut.
18.
On Buckethead''s suggestion that the Castle Mall shop be closed I''d assume that it is a profitable venture (and a good idea) - on non-matchdays and at Xmas time, how many shoppers are going to head down the ground to buy merchandise?
All those prepared to go to Riverside for Morrisons, Next, Books, Mama + Papa''s, Argos, Going Places and JJB at a guess
19. The phrase "Old enough to know better" springs to mind Forget the youth are the problem, the real issue are the old crumbly types
20. He''ll libertae some money by off loading more players & saving salaries & gettign token undisclosed fee''s i''m sure but clearly the squad is goign to made up of alot of unfamiliar faces from lower legaue football Gunn, of 19matches managerial experience, is going to have to mould what we have very quickly into an effective starting 11 & supporting bench to arrest the free fall that cold grip the club I was not inspired by his appointment & the size of the task has only gotten bigger.  I fear he will be overwhelmed & sink
