Tight 1-0 or a 1-1 -
Who should be our captain?
Helsinki canary replied to JonnyJonnyRowe's topic in Main Discussion - Norwich City
Without being privy to changing room and training ground discussion and dynamics hard to say, however on the pitch Kenny would get my vote -
Anyone know how far away Rowe is from full training? We will struggle on Saturday without Borja - lets home the decision is overturning

Four match ban for Borja?
Helsinki canary replied to cambridgeshire canary's topic in Main Discussion - Norwich City
The decision has to be overturned , the ref totally missed the obvious red card for howson in the build up - there was no kick out by Borja -
Agree howsons challenge from behind with studs up lunging into the back of Borjas right knee - straight red for howson imo
-
I agree, when I first saw challenge from howson I thought it was a foul from behind and the picture confirms that with clear studs in the back of the leg. Sainz then held his leg in the place where the howson studs went in and swiveled holding that leg up and made contact with howson - both players should of got a yellow

Ricardo's report v Cardiff
Helsinki canary replied to ricardo's topic in Main Discussion - Norwich City
Great report as usual, nice to hear the crowd back in good voice as well! No sign of BKS on this forum for a while.. Nunez in a deep midfield position with a mobile Kenny behind him appears to be a good set up allowing Sara to venture further forward -
Certainly looked pretty close

Roy Hodgson in hospital
Helsinki canary replied to cambridgeshire canary's topic in Main Discussion - Norwich City
And the Palace crowd reacted to his Substitutions v Chelsea with chants of “ you don’t know what you’re doing” sound familiar? Hopefully Roy recovers well, but it sounds like it might be time for him step out of the heat, better if he goes on his own terms rather than getting the boot as he is a true gent of the game. -
Ricardo's report v Watford
Helsinki canary replied to ricardo's topic in Main Discussion - Norwich City
Spot on summary as usual - thanks! A real topsy turvy team we have , as Ashton said we seem to lose focus when defending a lead rather than managing the game and building on it - that has to come down to confusion and lack of coherent strategy - get ahead and then go into defensive mode - trouble is defensive mode is riddled with individual errors and sitting too deep - net result is conceding silly goals - although their second was sublime -
Thought Dean Ashton spoke a lot of sense tonight
-
He said it was a very small number but from what I can hear it was a large section of the lower barclay and Snake pit - maybe the club could try closing those sections of the ground for a couple of home games to see if it improves the atmosphere which in all honesty was awful already when we were 2-0 up - it was like a library. - there seems to be far deeper problems in the core of the fanbase at Carrow Road - Dean Ashton was saying the same thing - there is a systemic problem in the fanbase

Rowe injury news

Wagner just said he is out for a minimum of 1 month - doesn’t need surgery -
Hernandez and Barnes
Helsinki canary replied to cambridgeshire canary's topic in Main Discussion - Norwich City
They both did very well barr one awful mistake by Barnes in front of his own box nearly giving a goal away - great block by Gibson -
Spot on
-
I cannot understand why Wagner started with him , invisible for large parts of the game

It was confirmed Stacey ill, but why take sargent off at that point
