  1. No way, not after the rubbish he has sprouted since leaving the club, especially the rubbish he came out when he left.
  2. Sorry Canaryspike, I didn''t claim my rebate, I wanted the club to have it, but I don''t think I am better than you  for not claiming it. Ask yourself some simple questions, like, ''Do I support Norwich?''  ''Do I want Norwich to achieve the best possible position they can?'' ''What good can come from posting this a message like this, causing continual in-fighting between supporters?'' Why do you feel the need to start a new thread regarding this matter, going over old ground, there are plenty of other threads you could have added this to. Simply trying to stir up trouble between supprters, surely we all want the same? Success. The cluib offered a rebate, some people took the rebate, some people didn''t, so what. There are 18k people who made up their own minds, do we really need another 17,999 new threads, all giving reasons why they did or didn''t take the rebate, but more importantly trying to stir up trouble between each other and being rather offensive. And no I am neither pleased or upset by the club and supporters response to the rebate issue. We were all offered it, some decided to take up the offer, some didn''t. End of subject.   NB If you try, you could express yourself a little better without the need to be offensive or abusive.
  3. Sorry ''Tangible Fixed Assets anyone?'' in my post and I quote''we have had the Worthy outers, Worthy Inners etc . I actually stated ''What''s next? Unity would be nice'' I never asked for unity I was just stating it would be nice. I wasn''t blaming anyone for who appointed who, who said what, who did what, I was just  saying it would be nice, if for a change, we could get away from the blame culture and just support the team, we are all, I am sure after one common goal, Norwich to be succesfull. We''ve had the Granty not good enough, the Reoder arguement ''too many loan players blah, blah, blah''. What we need now is some stability at the club, time to consolidate and hopefully build a better, stronger, Norwich City. That also means the supporters/fans playing their part, not just going around pointing the finger of blame at everybody else.  If we don''t we will definetely go the way of Southampton and even worse could end like Luton. I know people are going to come back at me with Neil Doncaster this, Delia that, Gunny no experience etc, I haven''t posted this to stir you up, my original post was to explain why I personally never took my rebate. Look at it this way, the club has been on the market, no-body has got back to the club and offered any financial support to get us out of this mess, don''t mention Cullum, if he was such a true yella, he could have saved us, he''s got the money, we are stuck with the people we have until a sensible offer is made for the club or it goes the way of others, I know which I want. Blaming each other isn''t going to help get us out of this mess.
  4. I personally did not claim my rebate or my five year old son''s, he pays £82 per year, I explained to him what the club wanted to do with the money and he was happy, like me, to let the club have it, with no pressure from me (I even said he could have the £16.40 to spend on what he likes).  I will be honest with you, if they don''t get back up this year I will be seriously looking at not renewing for the following season. As far as I am concerned the present board are drinking in the last chance saloon. I can find better ways of spending £500 on season tickets, let alone the additional cost of travel from Newmarket, food, drink, programmes, shirts etc. to watch Norwich. The only thing that disapointed me about Mr Foulger''s offer to double the rebate, like others, is, if he is such a true fan/supporter, if he was prepared to give £1m away why doesn''t he just give it the club now anyway? Then we will have an extra £650k. However I am not going to vilify 11.7k people who decided to claim the rebate, they were given the option, they made their choice for whatever reason and claimed their money back, as was their right, as decided by the board. This continual in fighting is getting a bit pathetic, so called supporters turning on other sections of  supporters of their own team just to get one upmanship on each other. We''ve had the Worthy outers, the Worthy Inners, Were still in the Delia out, Delia in, Gunny out, Gunny in phase, what will be next? Unity would be nice.  I don''t look at myself as any better than any person who wears the colours, turns up to watch every home and away game or turns up once in a blue moon. I used to like to think we all had a common bond, alas it looks like those days are well and truely over, but I won''t have a go at anyone who decides to claim what they are entitled to claim.
