1.
Did anyone else notice right from the off.... That we looked off the pace and that Southampton were the better side. I don''t agree the refs decision but I honestly dont think it would have changed the outcome of the game. We were well beaten. But I think we can bounce back from this and go on another run.
honesty at last.. yes, they were far better than us. I noticed he blew up several times when they had a clear advantage. I also believe he missed a stonewall penalty for them Believe they were as annoyed with the ref as much as us. He was as dire for them as much as he was for us.
2. It all smacks of excuses.. Sun in the eyes, poor refereeing, etc etc etc.. Southampton dominated for 80% of the game, even before the sending off they looked a class better than us in every department. They dominated midfield, took the game to us, and we just didn''t have an answer to it. We were lucky this wasn''t 5 or 6 goals against us. Holt just whinged and whined all afternoon instead of getting on with it. Someone said the Saints are a good side, and so they are. They look a far better balanced side than us, we should thank our lucky stars they have only just started to play like this. Let''s learn from it, we will come up against better teams next season in the Championship.
3. but the truth is Lambert sent his team out at halftime to kick anything that moved. 2 players were lucky not to get sent off. 5 bookings in one half tells the whole story. Lambo''s comments are unjustified about the ref. OK he wasn''t the best, but he didn''t kick and dive.. AT THE END OF THE DAY A PEICE OF CHEATING DONE FOR US. trying to get a Saints player sent off when there was no contact at all, a dive, then some theatrical pretending that he was hurt... Lambo''s ref blast is nothing more than excuse for the defeat.
4. I reckon a Saints full side will take us to cleaners no matter who we got in the side.
5. sorry forgot to add that the Saints usually charge about £12, for this competetion. Where you get the idea that Southampton are getting low attendances Curious????
6. Southampton have had the highest attendance in every round so far, and that includes Leeds. In fact both games have broken records for the JPT. And, both their games have been on TV live. So this could be a new record crowd.
7. David Frost and Mat Le Tiss are close friends! Could be. But one things for sure that Tiss is being used as a front, and may even be their next chairman. He has that sort of money. Another money bags is a very very rich petro-chemists who lives in Lyndhurst (NEW FOREST)..and he has several buisness interest in East Anglia.

9.
southampton will be in the lower leagues for a while yet have you seen le tissier on soccer saterday just 20 stone of bullshit, they will still be skint just to keep them going basically
you must be some kind of mug if you think it''s Le TISSIER putting up the money.. He is a front for a very rich consortium, some of them with close ties to this area. City missed out here, and we may well live to regret it.
