  1. Gunn, Butterworth & Crook should be given their chance, their passioin & loyalty is unquestionable....have we forgotten this is a sport their are winners and losers, highs and lows and Roeder left this club with it''s heart ripped out, we should get behind the team and the club and rebuild for the future, relegation could be a hard blessing in disguise....can''t see many managers taking on the task with so little investment on the horizon especially given the economic situation - we are in a reccessioin for God''s sake, we are in league one and now we have to deal with it. Can''t believe how Delia is being vilified if Smith and Jones pull out the club might go into administration and then where would we be? Let''s get behind the club in tough times they need the loyalty of the fans more than ever....better days will come...when the going gets tough the tough get going lets show them what we''re made of.
  2. As a shareholder and long standing season ticket holder I think Gunn, Butterworth & Crook should be given their chance, their passioin & loyalty is unquestionable....have we forgotten this is a sport their are winners and losers, highs and lows and Roeder left this club with it''s heart ripped out, we should get behind the team and the club and rebuild for the future, relegation could be a hard blessing in disguise....can''t see many managers taking on the task with so little investment on the horizon especially given the economic situation - we are in a reccessioin for God''s sake, we are in league one and now we have to deal with it. 3. If we end up entrenched in league one it will not be Gunn''s fault or for the want of trying, it will be because there is no investment in players. 4. I disagree, Jones was excellent and spoke with precision and distinction and a degree of honesty... he should be the chairman I thinkGunn, Butterworth & Crook should be given their chance, their passioin & loyalty is unquestionable....have we forgotten this is a sport their are winners and losers, highs and lows and Roeder left this club with it''s heart ripped out, we should get behind the team and the club and rebuild for the future, relegation could be a hard blessing in disguise....can''t see many managers taking on the task with so little investment on the horizon especially given the economic situation - we are in a reccessioin for God''s sake, we are in league one and now we have to deal with it. 5. 6. YES Gunn and co should be appointed asap we are losing valuable time in the transfer market
  7. Gunn and the new management team are the promise of hope for our club, the club needs stability and commitment, they deserve the chance to prove their strategy for success into practice after picking up the pieces after Roeders disastrous reign. What''s the point of appointing some success hungry manager who will move on to the next rung elswhere at the first opportunity just like Lee Clark jumped ship....
  8. here here...get behind Brian Gunn he must not pay for Roeders mess
  9. the bigfeller mustn''t become obsessed with young ladies methinks
  10. It''s not shit it''s FACT...are you Roeder in disguise? sounds like some catty comment he would''ve made...Gunn should be given a chance.
  11. Gunny must not be punished for previous managers'' and the boards mistakes. If he is not given a chance to continue the revival it would be a travesty. The darkest hour is just before the dawn...He has demonstrated integrity, people and man management skills and has the respect of managers and people in the game at the highest levels, his ability to recruit Butterworth and Crook shows his acumen- Butterworth has the highest level of coaching ability and qualifications and with the creativity and excellence of Crook this combination provides an exciting new dawn for the club. He was willing to take on the trail of destruction and dessimation left by Roeder, appointed days before the transfer deadline with no money to spend...who else was queing up under these circumstances?  Roeder left the players broken and whipped and it takes time to turn things around. They have shown their love and commitment to the club, the least they deserve is to be given the opportunity to put their collective expertise into practice. The fact that we were still in with, albeit a whisker of a chance, of survival right to the last match of the season shows that, given a clean slate, they have the capacity to take this club back to where it belongs. Loan players by and large haven’t worked. Given Gunn’s brief track record of pulling in McDonald, Smith, Shacks and Lee who have shown passion for City then what a prospect to have a whole team of players with the qualities Gunn has identified in them. Appointing a manager from lower leagues would be a big mistake and smacks more of the lack of ambition the board have been accused of.
  12. Totally aggree, Gunn should be given a chance, It''d be a travesty if he was made a scapegoat for others'' mistakes. his ability to recruit Butterworth and Crook shows his acumen- Butterworth has the highest level of coaching ability and qualifications and with the creativity and excellence of Crook this combination provides an exciting new dawn for the club. 13. It''s you who ain''t got a clue all the other reports say Gunn handled it the BEST! Try putting some constructive criticism together for a change other than rubbish rubbish rubbish! Have you forgotten he inherited the ''rubbish'' you describe you can''t blame him for that.He has demonstrated integrity, people and man management skills and has the respect of managers and people in the game at the highest levels, his ability to recruit Butterworth and Crook shows his acumen- Butterworth has the highest level of coaching ability and qualifications and with the creativity and excellence of Crook this combination provides an exciting new dawn for the club.
