This is a good tip 👍 I also give them a little roll about to crack the egg in places. The sort of secondary membrane thing seems to be the problem, once you've got a bit of that off, the rest comes (fairly) easy. And some eggs are better than others...

I've just driven back over the hills from Hathersage near Sheffield. Tempered dropped to 4degC, it was wet and windy.

Sleaford Mods, Idles and Fontaines DC my last gigs, all in Norwich, albeit a couple or three years ago now. Idles and Fontaines both excellent, couldn't get on with the Mods, although lots of people love 'em. Not much new stuff floating my boat at the moment.
