  1. I to was there on Saturday and agree completely with what you both said. Considering our survival hangs in the balance the second half was unforgiveable, not just for the lack of quality, but for the lack of passion and comittment. The first half was poor, the second half was off the scale. Russell and Clingan seemed almost disinterested and Hoolahan...well ive never liked him at all since he just loses possession all the time. Cant see us staying up and if we continue to perform like that league one is an absolute certainty.
  2. 4 of our next 6 games are at home. Realistically we have to win atleast 3. I wish i could go on Tuesday, and i actualy went to the Blackpool Game! That game, specially second half, was just ridiculously filthy, but there are still 9 games left...27 points...more cliches. I dont care what anyone says ill still be going whatever league we''re in. Hopefully the fans give their full support, not the team really deserves it, and we kick some arse. OTBC!
  3. The game yestersday was just too depressing for words. I think we''re down, despite there being 9 games left. Our top scorer on the pitch yesterday was a loan defender with 3. Own goals have more i think. Now that is depressing.
  4. I know that may be an overstatement, but that second half was so unbelievably bad it was painful to watch. First half was poor, but we had a couple of efforts on goal and atleast it was 0-0 thanks mostly to some blackpool clown who literally missed an open goal. The second half was one side who were up for it and fighting for every ball and another side who you would think, by their attitude, were safely in mid table who didnt really care about the result. The sad fact is that 2-0 flattered Norwich and to perform like this in the most crucial game so far this season against fellow strugglers was just depressing. I''d rip into various players, but why bother? you were at the game or listened on the radio, you know or have a fair idea who was dire. In fact it''s much quicker to list those who weren''t dire. The only funny moment was when a guy who was leaving kicked over the ballboys chair onto the pitch.
  5. I rang up and ordered my tickets. I know you were all on the edge of your seats to hear that. Im going on the train. Should expect to see a few yellow and green scarfs. OTBC. Huge game and we''re gonna win!
  6. Im in sheffield right now, so i cant buy one at carrow road or can i buy one online?
  7. If i get to Bloomfield Road on Saturday do people think will there still be tickets available for the away section? If not does the home section sell out?
  8. I think its still between us, Blackpool, Forest, Barnsley, Southampton and Plymouth. Watford look like they''ll be ok. I think that Blackpool are in real trouble and the game against them on Saturday is just so massive its ridiculous. Southampton seem like theyve sorted themselves out a bit. Their home form was abysmal, but tidying that up and they should be fine. Plymouth, Barnsley and Forest are all weird sides in that just when you think their crap they go and win two tough games. Gotta feel one of them will end poorly and Blackpool, so we''ve got a good chance at surviving. Come on City, none of us want midweek trips to Oldham or the like next season.OTBC.
  9. Against QPR we have to change the team. Please drop Cureton, do not have him on the bench for christ''s sake, the man is a complete joke. No pace, Obviously never wins a header, no skill and he cant finish. Mark Fotheringham....just get this tosser out of my sight. He''s the club captain and not only is he hopeless, but the way he petulantly walked down the tunnel after Gunn subbed him was pathetic. If it were up to me both these clowns would have been off after half an hour. Keep the back 4 the same...like we have any choice. Encourage Otsemobor to get forward. Does Croft ever get to the byline? No because he''s slow so get Otsemobor to overlap sometimes. The midfield- bring Russel in for Fotheringham. Fotheringham is not only crap, but him and Clingan are similar types of players and neither of them get forward. Upfront play this lad Daley and Cort. Not that im a big fan of Cort, but we need a target man as we''re incapable of playing it along the floor going forward and Daley looks like he might have some pace. We have to go trying to win tomorrow. I pray we dont go trying to keep it to 0-0 and then nicking a goal, because we''ve proved we cant od that. One clean sheet away from home all season. So we are going to need to get atleast 2 goals, so go there and atleast try to go for it. If we get smashed 4-0 well so be it, but even if we draw it''s a crap result. Go into matches trying to win and not just trying not to lose. If Gunn fails to make some changes of personnel or tactics or both then im afraid he''s just confirming that he''s a naive and dismal manager. One last thing...Gunny when you make substitutions do them sooner. Dont wait for us to get dominated, concede and then do it. Give the sub a chance to make an impact. 10-15 minutes is not long enough. So ffs put in a performance tomorrow boys, show the fans that you actually care and that you want us to survive. Some of the  players body language on Saturday from the get go was unbelievably negative and they looked resigned to defeat. We''re only 4 points adrift and there are 33 points up for grabs. COME ON!
  10. The fact is that there are atleast 6 truly dreadful teams in the Championship. If we actually need 5 or 6 wins to stay up then we wont. We arent going to win this many games, but then neither are most of the sides around us. Charlton, Southampton, Forest, Barnsley, Plymouth and us are all embarrassingly crap. We just have to hope that 3 of the sides have an even more miserable end to the season than we do. Not an exactly ideal situation when you just hope that other sides slip up, but that is what is going to come down to. The matches that will decide it will be the games at home to sides like Plymouth and Watford. To be honest its our home form that will have to be great because away we are truly pathetic. Not an awful result today if we beat Coventry next week, but we are just heaping more and more pressure on ourselves game after game. OTBC.
  11. What i have never understood is why Otsemobor has never been tried at right midfield or even upfront. The one thing he has, which no other player in the squad has, is PACE. Lee Croft can try hard all he wants, but essentially he is a defensive midfielder, since his final ball is ALWAYS crap. Cureton upfront...well i know he scored today, but in my eyes he''s one of the worst strikers ive ever seen. His overall contribution to the game is literally non existent. Most of the time when you say a guy does NOTHING you are exaggerating. Not with our Jamie though. He genuinely manages to run around like a 10 year old whilst the Opposing defenders look down at this rodent scurrying around. Im not saying Otsemobor would be good  upfront, he probably wouldnt, but could he be worse than Cureton .Could a 5 year old girl be less threatening than Cureton.
  12. I will also go for 2-1 since i want us to win, but we''ll never keep a clean sheet. Scorers an OG and ...um Grounds.
  13. Also to the guy who said we may go on a good run. you been to the games this year. There is no way we will pull away or anything. We may scrape enough points together, but we lack the quality required to put say 4 wins in 5 together. Where are the goals coming from? How will we ever keep a clean sheet? We wont. Against Burnely and Coventry you know the score will not be Norwich x Opposition 0. Never mind we''ll have to rely on goal machine Jamie Cureton.
  14. I think it will be Southampton and Charlton plus either us or Plymouth or Barnsley. Plymouth are dropping like a stone, but are probably due a few results and Barnsley are just a strange side, who seem to be completely hopeless and then string together 3 or 4 excellent results. Either way I am getting more concerned by the game. Next two matches are beyond huge.
  15. lets hope we make it back at the first attempt.   We''re not down yet!
