Quite a ridiculous interview and scary how poor Delia and Michael are in the interview. Right from the start she seems confused about the shares position. Honestly think she is no longer suitable to be an owner of the club. I'm a bit concerned that Mark Attanasio is willing to put up with it and joke along, I really hope (but doubt) that things are different behind the scenes. I appreciate this interview is meant to be less formal but honestly some of the comments and the approach clearly demonstrate this club is being running like a little retirement hobby than a professional club. This is the most despondent I have felt about the club in a very long time (but presumably I'm just in the minority 20%!)

It would be far easier for me to list who I'd like to keep! Ironically that will be the same list that the club are looking to sell - Rowe, Sargent, Sara, Gunn and Hanley. Other than that I still think Nunez, Gibbs and Sainz could offer something with a decent coach (maybe even Placheta and Tzolis at a push). The rest can sod off and we should start again with the youth players.

Surely the one question is when are you going to sack Wagner and if they dont say this week then get them to explain why on earth not!

You wouldnt take "an average championship player" back...... I would, better than the below championship dross currently being played! (I'd also welcome a committed Cantwell back as well)

I’ve read a few posts suggestioning Knapper needs more time to settle in and assess the situation before sacking Wagner. Initially I agreed with this, mainly because he is inexperienced in the role and I have concerns if he has the contacts needed to attract a decent manager. But the reality is we can’t just keep stumbling on with Wagner, throwing away another 2 goal lead at least partly due to his inadequacies as a coach means he needs to go now. It is hard to believe that the players still have faith in him and his ability to turn things around, and the fans certainly don’t. I don’t think that Knapper has to rush into appointing the new permanent manager before Christmas as we need to get the right person. But at this stage I struggle to see how any caretaker (such as Neil Adam’s or….and I can’t believe I’m saying this Andy Hughes!) could do any worse than Wagner. Who knows we might even unveil a Gary Oneil caretaker who does enough to earn the job permanently. we definitely need a n immediate change though.

He has clearly lost the plot and probably knows he has no future at the club. Weird the way he kept saying individual mistakes cost us the goals…that’s been true in many games but not todays. We were just very poor in every aspect and his tactics and subs didn’t help. Trying to pin it on the shock of Hwang having to go off was just bizarre. He really needs to go.

He’s a great guy and supporter of the club but let’s be honest he would be better off just being our mascot. Indeed I’d play captain canary (even the old one with the big rubber boots) over 2023 Hernandez

I said at the time we should have signed John Ruddy instead. Long is a league one goalkeeper at best, mind you so is most the rest of our team

Given we sacked a great manager after a win whilst in the away changing room then surely Wagner has to go tonight? I wouldn’t even let him on the bus home, absolutely embarrassed by this team, pathetic

Sainz will be leaving as soon as he can and who can blame him when Hernandez is being picked over him. Really can’t see Idah and Hwang working as a pair, both need someone else to do the dirty work and act as a foil to them. This just means neither can play to their strengths (although I still have my doubts over both of them anyhow!). Wagners teams are depressingly disappointing

Agree with OP it was a terrible match and we looked dreadful (other than the goal which was brilliant). when you think of some of the great football knapper will have watched whilst at Arsenal you would have to think he would’ve been horrified. I can’t see it will have done Warner’s long term future any good and if that continues along with us picking up points I think it’s the best we can hope for until the inevitable change is made

I really can’t understand why Sainz isn’t being given a chance…..surely he’s a better option than Onel? I know Placheta was awful at left back but he has been decent on wing when he has come on,yet now seems to have been dropped from squad when unbelievably Springett makes it. Wagner sure makes weird decisions

I agree Long hasn’t been bad and hard to fault him for most of the goals. But I think it is underestimated how important it is that the goalie exudes confidence and how the rest of the defence feeds off this. Knowing that you have a great keeper who commands his area and is capable of bailing you out with an exceptional save makes a difference. This was an issue when Gunn initially replaced Krul and I think was a key reason smith actually swapped the two. Gunn (and now long) just had a nervousness about him which is infectious. I still think lack of command is an issue for Gunn but has improved since he appears to have gathered confidence by being the number 1 keeper at the club

Absolute rubbish, Southgate makes Dean Smith seem like a dynamic and exciting manager So dull

Seems a decent bloke but quite nervous. Must admit I’d prefer someone with a bit of spirit, admittedly like McNally or Webber so maybe good I am a bit concerned (although I still like McNally,..mainly because he took time out to give me some advice on Twitter when I mentioned I’d entered london marathon which was a really decent thing to do).

Fair play today they been absolute sh*t most the season but they kept going today and clearly are still playing for Wagner which is good as he is a nice bloke (if not a good manager)

We really are awful. placheta very poor but he isn’t a defender so that’s Wagners fault. Nunez is the biggest disappointment, he looked brilliant when he arrived but is now a waste of space. Wagner MUST change the team for second half

It’s another ridiculous selection by Wagner, both usual centre backs are out so you’d expect to have kept at least one experienced and game fit full back in the team( Stacey for me), Sticking with Sara and McLean which has been our obvious Achilles heel most the season . Saimz still not starting ! one thing I will say in his defence is that if you look at the bench it dies show how injuries mean he has a really week squad of players

It’s a nice statement but as someone else said probably written by a top PR company. i really liked Webber when he arrived but sadly now must admit he was a fraud who conned me. But I will always be glad he brought Farke and his players to the club and as result I saw some of the best football I’ll ever see from a Norwich team. The way we won those two championships with style was a joy to watch.

Wasn’t it started he was taking a holiday before starting? If so I suggest he cancels that and gets straight in with things. If he isn’t prepared to do that we’ve got the wrong man for the job Last thing we need is another “90%” man!

Comments re the board and Webber were spot on. What’s ridiculous is that the club and owners can’t see it and aren’t doing something about it. Fact that Stuart’s wife is at the club must be part of it and it’s just another example of how amateurish the club is run. I’m also getting increasingly concerned about the lack of proactivity by the American investors. Surely they should be demanding change and insisting on the take over happening now. If they aren’t then I can only presume they are in the process of backing out.

Actually that’sa lie, I’d also take Alex Neil at the moment if it meant Wagner going!
