Decent half, been in control and playing within ourselves I’d say.
IF we get a second could easily turn into 4 again

Last few games suggest that Wagner does indeed know best…so we’ll give him the benefit of the doubt ( until 5!)

Decent but disappointed mccallum isn’t playing. I really rate him and would rather he stayed than Dimi.
Doesn’t appear Wagner agrees though

Just now, norfolkngood said:think i would of had Sarge on Bench if needed bring him on if not he could of had a rest for a week big call to risk him
I don’t agre, I’d rather start him and hope to get ahead rather than relying on him coming on to save it.
I’d be saying give us your all for first half and the:on when we’re two up we’ll take you off at half time 😉

Puts a lot of the rubbish posted on the forum (especially the ridiculous anti Gibson comments) into perspective.
Got a lot of respect for how he has conducted himself on the pitch and with dealing with fans.
Even more remarkable I think he has been one of the better performers in the recent good run.
Would be nice if fans could find some way of showing him some appreciation on Saturday.

It's clear that both Wagner and the players were quite rightly hacked off with the fans reaction.
Short term this may be a good thing, the team are clearly fighting for Wagner and developing a siege mentality or us against the world approach could help to continue our push for the play offs.
BUT longer term the club hierarchy really need to address the tensions and gulf between the fans and the club...Wagner is quite right that we need to be pulling together.
I actually find it quite sad how bad things have become since the point with Farke (and initially Webber) that it really felt like we all loved the club and were united in the vision for the future of the club

Don’t see why not, he’s entitled to say what he thinks if they feel it’s ok to boo.
he’s right it doesn’t help the players or the team.
I think fair play to him for sticking up for himself and his players

Good fighting talk from Wagner saying those that boo players coming on are showing no respect for players or him and should stay at home. Totally agree

Thought we played well and definitely deserved to lead.
Poor goal as usual, not sure if Gibson to blame and also looked off side. Apart from that I think Gibson has been very good!
mcLean shifted from brilliant to rubbish to brilliant.
Its been a good game but we really should’ve just killed it but again simple mistakes giving Watford confidence

I honestly think Wagner is now picking teams to just wind us up on here, there can’t be. Y other explanation.

IF it is 8 weeks, we will then need to introduce him back slowly.
Wagner seems to take a VERY (too?) cautious approach on bringing players back from injury (he is equally as cautious on introducing new signings) so that would basically see Rowe out for most of the season.
Although maybe back in time for the play off games (we can dream!)

Hernandez on but not Sydney!!
Wagner trying to lose this

Putting Sorenson on against Chair seems suicidal?!

Need Fassnacht off and Rowe on already

He certainly influenced the game,
He is a complete pain for the opposition. Made me laugh that when Sara was lining up his free kick, Barnes kept deliberately standing in the way of the Cov keeper when he was trying to line up his wall. Sure it didn’t make a difference to the wall but can guarantee it was winding up and distracting the keeper and the defenders.

1 hour ago, Gordon Bennett said:How many of Steipermann, Hernandez, Zimmerman, Trybull or Vrancic would we have said that about though during Farke's first season? Foreign players in the first season here often struggle, it’s a lot of games at a fast pace with no winter break while living in a new country. Takes some adjusting too.
I agree with this.
he is obviously a talented and intelligent player (combination many don’t have) but for some reason it isn’t just clicking at the moment. Not sure why, but probably as playing in wrong position or in wrong formation . He certainly doesn’t seem to be the type of winger Wagner actually wants them to play.
I've said before that id be tempted to try him more central in the number 10 position. Especially now it appears that actuality isn’t Sara’s best position.
Ironically he probably needs a run of games but unfortunately the odd appearances he is making don’t justify that.
I’m not giving up on him yet.

Many won’t agree but I think he’s better than Rowe!
Rowe’s been brilliant this season but he’s a bit hot and cold. I think Sainz has more skill and is an all round better player.

It is weird how in all these welcome videos Hanley shows absolutely no enthusiasm or friendliness to the new players.
I get it he is a showing it on the pitch with determination type captain but he doesn’t seem very inspiring or welcoming to someone new to the club.

I’ve long been a critic of Kenny and for last few seasons have used the fact that our failure to upgrade on him has been a key reason for our failure.
but even I have to admit that he has been really good this season and most definitely our most consistent performer.
At the moment he should definitely win POTS. But I still hope that one of our more dynamic players can have a brilliant end to the season ie Sargent, Rowe or Sainz. If that happens I think we could be in the playoffs.
If not we will be a bog standard championship team. It will then seem perfectly fitting for the POTS to be Kenny. A decent upper championship player who is a very good if unspectacular player.

I'm travelling down with 3 Coventry supporting mates so absolutely desperate for a win or it's going to be a long 3 hours driving back.
Heart say 2-0 victory for us but head says they are playing well so could see reverse of that.
-
I'd guess it's a possibility if the board/Knapper have actually had the balls to tell him he wont be here after this season.

Must admit the PR team doing a good job with the promotion of him.
Some nice little interviews and seems like a decent chap. Pleasing that his one word description of himself is social as hoping that means he will settle quickly.
Bit worried I’m getting excited about a player who I haven’t even seen play (hopefully he’s the new Pukki rather than RVW!)

Weird that we couldnt have got him as part of the Idah deal?
A decent manager

Christ we’ve been playing really well recently and have drawn a game we should’ve won.
Can we not just give Wagner a break and fully get behind him and the team for the rest of the season?
Is that really asking too much for supposed fans of the club?
