I don''t understand any of the negative reviews that seem to be swimming around a lot of sites. It is similar to MW2, but then it always was going to be. If you''re like me, you will be happy that it is similar with different maps and weapons and a few different features. There was never any need for drastic changes to one of the most successful gaming franchises of all time

Ok so Naughton has played one game and already he is beng labelled as binng fantastic and the next big thing? He hoofed the ball away a lot of the time against stoke. Not saying he had a bad game, he did look solid, but its far too early to say he should be straight in ahead of Martin! Martin has had a year and a half of being fantastic for us. Against Wigan, he had some problems. But it was his first ever Premier league game and he was up against Moses who is a tricky winger. It was clear and sensible that his priorities would be defending and not bombing on. He has been great for us and for me should get the nod as our own player ahead of a loanee

Have I missed something with Johnson

The other player we were rumoured to be interested in was Darren Ambrose, stated by a usually reliable source -
Love this as a verse! With more verses, could possibly catch on?

How about this, seeing as Surman has no song; To the tune of ''come on come on'' ''''Surman Surman....Surman Surman....Surman Surman Surman SURMAN'''' Feel free to add the extra verses!!!!

Holts family did move down with him when he first came, but never settled. Theey moved back upto Carlisle in the summer. They have now moved back down again, but whether they will settle this time is debatable seeing as she is from up there.

Another holt song?
kc canary replied to Superstitious Dave 's topic in Main Discussion - Norwich City
used for croft a couple of years ago, not a great one to get going considering he alredy has a couple of songs, one being a lot better -
he is a good little player, as is the younger son. looking forward to hopefully seeing them play at carrow road one day. believe the eldest scored 5 against the binners a year or two ago from the left

Meant to say so who would want him to sign in January ? or would we rather give Askou or Whitbread a chance assuming they are both fit then.
Askou''s not got enough quality at this level (as Lambert has recognised by bringing the loanee in over him )and Whitbread''s fitness record is exasperating. Barnett has impressed me more and more since his debut at Forest and I think that he''s a "must sign" in January.
im sorry but how can you possibly say that askou hasn''t got enough quality at this level? have you seen him play at this level? before he got injured he was class, i know that was in league one but there is no evidence at all to back up your commment of him not having quality at this level!

Now seriously Worrying about Spillane Leaving
kc canary replied to kc canary's topic in Main Discussion - Norwich City
IMO spillane looked a class act when he was playing in November. At a young age im sure he would have matured into a brilliant championshi[p right back, maybe higher? i would be dissapointed if he were to leave -
He was due to make an appearence at theNofolk show today with Holt, C. Martin, Wes and Fox but was not there? Could this mean he is on his way? i dont want to be reading too much into anything, and would love a different reason for him not being there as i think he has the potential to be a very good player for us

what realistic target would you like to see playing up front next season? lots of stupid names have been flung around, i want to get peoples opinions on genuine possibilities...i think nile ranger would be worth a punt, maybe for a few months loan to see how he works out. maybe austin would be worth a shot as wel..
Would love Austin. He is a class act but I think he totally committed to Swindon. He is local and I think he feels like he owes them for plucking him out of non league football and after his miss a Wembley (but that was the pitch not him, I was certain he would score given the way he shaped to hit it). Contrary to popular opinion I think Paynter would have been an excellent addition on a free as well. Ranger would be an intresting one. I thought when Newcastle had injuries up front he led the line magnficently by himself and got a lot of praise/MOMs award for his trouble. My only concern would be he didn''t get goals with an excellent team around him. However I for one would like him here. But I think Newcastle will want to keep him as far away from London as possible but he had trouble there when he was younger. We are within striking distance (2 hours) so that might be a bit close for comfort.
some good points...i would have loved to have seen paynter here as well, and agree with you on austin. That could be a problem with ranger, which would be a shame as i think that as he gets older he is going to mature and lambert could do wonders with him, like he did with a certain chris martin i think bothroyd and chopra would be fantastic signings, and maybe if bellamy does go to cardiff then it wud be more likely...at the moment though i cant see it happening
