Bring back random scandi's!!!

Helveg was a disaster. -
Why is correcting someones grammar an insult? Surely it''s a public service.

Smudger - Retraction accepted. Surely a very basic use of the English language is not University Challenge, and the poor use of language can devalue the message - a bit like swearing, shouting or using insults. To the message itself I neither defend the board nor denigrate them. Yes they have made lots of mistakes but there is nobody else wanting to invest in the club. To call them a disgrace to the fine city is probably as well thought out as the grammar.

Subject line:- Do you mean "you are"
No he means clowns like you that still defend the cook and others who have all but destroyed our club are.
I was making a grammatical statement not trading insults which seem to be your stock in trade.

Rebates...yet another poor business decision!
Felixfan replied to Yellowfuture's topic in Main Discussion - Norwich City
It is not a rebate. Season tickets were priced at Championship level before the end of the season with an alternative price for league 1 football if you took the option of renewing early. -
Yeah, ''cos it worked out really well for Southampton didn''t it? Building a new stadium means incurring a whole load of extra debt. Not sure that''s the wisest move I''ve ever heard.
No. the debt is wiped out by the developer who acquires valuable real estate and part finances the new stadium in exchange for perhaps some rental income or franchises from those that want to buy in. A win win situation.

If The Smiths Remain There Will Be No 'Radical' Change
Felixfan replied to John's topic in Main Discussion - Norwich City
You can protest as much as you like but you cannot remove owners without buying them out so get over it. -

As I have said before. Ambition would be to sell Carrow Rd. and move to a purpose built out of city stadium and the sooner the board grasp this the better.
and as has been pointed out before, that is a stupid idea, as our ground is perfectly situated at the moment. Next to the train station, and 5 minutes from the A47, whats moving it going to achieve that it doesnt already have.
Release funds, increase capacity, make a multi purpose stadium for the 21st century that becomes a sporting venue with commercial ventures.

Supporters group ...............are you sure !
Felixfan replied to newboy's topic in Main Discussion - Norwich City
Forget the emotion it is a simple commercial transaction. You pay to watch a certain level of football and end up watching a lower level - that''s the deal. What you do with the money is up to you. If you feel better donating it to the club that is your choice. -
Unload them all and start again.
