It was the FA Cup 4th Round in 1980 kye5. I was on that train as well, some of the carriages had their windows put through with bricks and metal bars as it pulled away from the station.

Have you tried the Northern Canaries? there are quite a few of them in Blackpool, Preston and Manchester, I used to travel with some of them when I was in the North West. They have got a page on Facebook.

I think CH will put out a stong team against Scunthorpe, he seems to take cup games seriously unlike PL, after our Cup disasters last season I vowed I wouldn''t bother going to anymore Cup games but I''ve had a change of heart since CH became manager and will be taking my youngest lad on Tuesday night so I''m hoping I''m right.

I saw him play a few times for the Reserves last season and he looks a great prospect, big fast and an eye for goal, a season out on loan in the lower leagues would probably do him the power of good.

I would imagine it will be temporary seating, this can be hired and put up in a matter of hours so I can''t see us paying out for it to early and waste money. I would imagine that if we do have the extra seating the away fans will be iput in there as they should still be able to access the away fans facilities at that end of the South Stand and allow us to shunt along the segregation to allow more home tickets.

No, Wes can''t play in a restrictive position, he needs the freedom to roam.

They are also available in grey so I''m not sure we can read to much into the colour of the training kit, I''ve had the suspicion that we will have white and light blue halves as it''s our 110th anniversary this season.

Wes is a great player who has changed the way he plays in his time at Carrow Road, when he first came here he never used to track/tackle back but this has changed over the last few seasons, it''s still not the best part of his game but is a big improvement on how it used to be, his strength is going forward, his twisting runs and his eye for a pass but this all depends on the role he is given, if he has a free role he excels, if he is given a set role he tends.to struggle which IMO is why he hasn''t been picked by Ireland as they haven''t got the other players in their squad to accommodate him. Next season I can see Wes playing more as an impact sub as I imagine Hughton will play a more rigid 4 4 2
