Member / Tickets for Gillingham
bertie replied to UEAcanary's topic in Main Discussion - Norwich City
I think you would only get one ticket. -
Hull have just rejected the 5 million offer for Hunt so doubt they buy Hoolihan anyway.

Very concerned by the state of the pitch for saturday

Is there any news for a planned pitch inspection or are they confident the game will go ahead?? -
ANYONE GETTING A TRAIN TO COLCHESTER ON SATURDAY
bertie replied to Barclay Trucker's topic in Main Discussion - Norwich City
Im getting the 9.30 so can get into colchester for pub opening time! -
Is the Norfolk within walking distance from the station then?? Would think we will head there then when we get off the train!
-
Assuming and hoping that the game is going ahead on Saturday, does any one know where the best place for Norwich fans to have a few beers before the game is? Looked at the guide to away grounds and there is not really a pub near to the ground that will "welcome" away fans, so where will everyone be heading for a pre match beer? I am heading in on an early train and it would be good to have a few beers in the company of some other Norwich fans!

Does any one know how many tickets we actually sold???
-
How much do they say they are then??
-
Is any one going? I am going but herd somewhere they are only opening one stand? Not sure if that is just for home fans and we will still be in the usual away "stand" or will we all be in the one stand? Hopefully with the weather forecast as it is we will be in a diff stand so we will have some cover!!For anyone who went to the game last week is there any parking near the ground?
-
I am still hopeful i will get to use my ticket for tomorrow! with a bit of luck they will be six or seven down by tonight!!
-
Dont look like i will be using my ticket for the 5th day at this rate! Im hoping for an a bit of rain and an England win on monday!!

I just phoned the ticket office and got three, although he did say that he only had four there. When i phoned up yesterday afternoon i was told that they did not have any at that moment but were waiting for some more to come from Brentford that would arrive today.

Worst fans you have experienced on away trips????
bertie replied to CANARY CHARGE's topic in Main Discussion - Norwich City
Hi all, occasional poster but will become more active now the season starting! Has got to be Wolves. Me and my mate were surrounded by six blokes after the play off semi final a few years ago whilst walking back to our car. They spotted us leaving the norwich escort and followed us. Was only thanks to one man with common sense who told the others to leave us that we escaped unscathed! When we finally got back to our car we were very relieved and very happy to be going to cardiff!! -
Parking and Drinking in Dipswich

I know it is a long shot because of the time of the game, but does anybody know if there will be any pubs open for a couple beers in Norwich before the train leaves to scum land??? -
Is Tomorrow's Match a Sell Out?
bertie replied to Shaun Tilly Lace's topic in Main Discussion - Norwich City
Another reason why todays game prob close to a sell out is a lot of local league football has been called off due to the weather, people like myself who are involved in local football can only make the mid week games or when we have a blank saturday, like today when lots of teams matches have been called off. -
Watching the game tonight, surely every body in the ground tonight could see that there was the need to make a sub prob about on the hour mark. The game was crying out for fresh legs just to put a bit of spark back in the performance. Hopefully Mr Butterworth will be the tactical brains behind the new management team.
