If I remember correctly, John White was loaned out by Col to Southend at the start of the season, so he cant have been thought of highly by Lambert if he''d let him go to their rivals. -
Lathrope,Dumic and Kelly
:D for Chris Hughton replied to paul ncfc's topic in Main Discussion - Norwich City
These players seem to have disappeared off the Squad list on the official site, just an oversight or are they soon to leave on loan? Could they be linking up with Sutton at Lincoln, in Kelly''s case that could be a great move to work with the person he has loosely been compared with.
They disappeared off the back of the programme directly after PL said some of the youngsters were "way off" where he thought first team players should be. In the case of Dumic and Kelly, they are still very young. Lathrope hasn''t really been given any sort of chance, and I wouldn''t be suprised if we saw him shipped out on loan. -
Who here thinks they are cursed?

Programme Seller. Every time we lose, I change it. The new person then becomes the "Lucky programme seller". Safe to say I will never be purchasing again from the bloke I bought the colchester one off.... -
missed both goals
I find it utterly baffling that anyone would even think of leaving early from a game like that without a very good reason.
There was people leaving at 92 minutes whilst we were on the attack having scored the 2nd goal. Ridiculous. -
Loan Striker to Partner Holt?
:D for Chris Hughton replied to Brendo's topic in Main Discussion - Norwich City
We don''t need loan players. The team showed yesterday that with a second string midfield we could mix it quite capably with one of, if not the best team in the league. What we need is a settled side. As Charlton have shown, being able to name the same eleven week in week out has a good effect on results. Keep playing like we did and we''ll be fine. -
Hilarious stuff. He''s actually a secret agent employed by Norwich to bring that lot down to size.
-
Just scored a great goal for England. The answer to our Striker problem? Left footed too.

Jens Berthel Askou Song

I would have thought that we''d see a return for the "Heeeeeeeeeeeeeeey, Hey Baby" song with his name in place of the aforementioned words. Could work well.... -
I also seem to remember last year they had a spanish Keeper on their books. Cesar I think his name was. So Alnwick might be 4th choice...

I should imagine they''ve got a red button with his face on which they press whenever anything Norwich related happens! -
Macclesfield had some Blue and white nets when I watched the League cup coverage on BBC. Might bring us some luck if we bring them back!

100% Agree with this. We''re only 3 points off Automatic promotion!!! Also, last season''s League 2 playoffs: Gillingham 1 - 0 Shrewsbury. Last season''s corresponding fixture in the league: Gillingham 0 - 8 Shrewsbury. -
Team for Yeovil
:D for Chris Hughton replied to Matt Juler's topic in Main Discussion - Norwich City
May sound suicidal, but I would play the same 11 Tuesday night. Today was a freak result, you don''t get anywhere making massive changes. Give them one more chance, then make changes if the result is the same.
Agreed. Although, change Doc or Nelson for Spillane. We have no pace at the back and we ended up being caught out, 7 times. -
Did i really just witness that?

The ref was terrible, as you''ve mentioned. I have to disagree with your view on Otsemobor. How can anyone get away with playing a backpass like that for the first?! Theoklitos was at fault for not punching, but he had to make a decision based on the terrible pass. He couldn''t come out and get it, it could and would have bounced over him. Owain Tudur Jones looked disinterested after 30 minutes. Lacklustre to say the least.
