The internet version of ‘Wet paint, do not touch’ 🤣

What's your strangest pre-match routine?
Mr Angry replied to A Load of Squit's topic in Main Discussion - Norwich City
If you’re going by train, they sell cider in cans. Don’t go for anything over 10% though 🤣 -
Does anyone get involved in this? I’m not usually bothered but Shed Seven have re-recorded their first album, Change Giver, and are releasing it on black and white vinyl. I’ll be heading to the Rough Trade record shop in Liverpool which opened today.

Pitch invasion at Bayer
Mr Angry replied to cambridgeshire canary's topic in Main Discussion - Norwich City
I’m surprised nobody has mentioned Bayer’s involvement in the Holocaust to be honest. -
It would probably be quicker to go from Liverpool to Euston, hop on the tube to Liverpool Street then on to Norwich. Last time I went to Norwich by train I was living in London. I missed my scheduled one at Liverpool Street due to delays on the tube, had to pay for another ticket, got abused by Ipswich fans, then everyone had to get off the train at Ipswich because a lorry had crashed into a bridge down the line. Had to cadge a lift off someone who had his car parked at Ipswich. We got there with about a minute to spare. I think it might have been the game against Palace where Simon Hooper disallowed Jerome’s overhead goal.

From Liverpool-it’s a 5 hour+ journey one way, no idea if that’s because of engineering works. The price is possibly so high because it’s short notice-Picking another random weekend I can get a return for £62-although there is only one ticket left for each trip, so once they go it’ll be more expensive.

Hwang vs Hooijdonk
Mr Angry replied to cambridgeshire canary's topic in Main Discussion - Norwich City
Not exactly-they’ve had a Number 1 album this year 👍 -
Over 10 hours travel on the train, nearly £100 in fares-and that’s with my senior railcard. I won’t be attending Carrow Road until there are faster trains and the fare is cheaper 😉

Ridiculous-the answer to the first one isn’t Pulp, it’s Shed Seven 😳 -
Yeah, not a criticism of Sainz at all, he’s been excellent since he’s come into the team, but it was all a bit congested when he cut in on Saturday so Rowe was more dangerous.
-
They all want a day out at Wembley 🤣
-
Rowe offered something different to Sainz, he beat the defence on the outside at least twice whereas Sainz is always looking to come inside. He looked sharp and raised the fans as well. As for Barnes, he was certainly appreciated at the game. He works well with Josh, and our excellent ran has been with both of them in the starting lineup. Who knows how it will work with Sara in his place-or anyone else for that matter. No need to change as far as I can see.

A well-managed game.

As the saying goes, they could have played all night and they still wouldn’t have scored. -
I saw my ex-wife the other day-she’s 60 years old, never been remotely trendy but I noticed that she’d had a fairly unusual daith ear piercing-apparently it’s to help alleviate her migraines-possibly something to think about if you want an alternative to drinking coffee last thing at night?

Stuff you've thought of but it's too dull for conversation

You are f***ing kidding me 🤣 -

I actually read about this the other day. Put some bicarbonate of soda in the pan-apparently the alkaline helps the egg whites loosen from the shell. -
I can think of 150 million points.

No need to remove it, I wasn’t offended! There are a few establishments for ‘like-minded people’ near me 😳

Ahem-I was way ahead of you 🤣

Tickets for away leg of Play Offs
Mr Angry replied to yellowrider120's topic in Main Discussion - Norwich City
Just to clarify then, you will be rewarded for your loyalty by getting a guaranteed ticket for the home game-what makes you think that the club should reward you again by having priority for the away game too? Other than an inflated sense of entitlement?
