We have friends who used to live near Fenerbache’s ground, visited them twice, had hoped to see a game while we were there but both times their matches were being played without crowds due to previous trouble. We did go for a meal in the restaurant that the team apparently eat in after matches though so it wasn’t all bad.

No , I noticed this at the game.

A few observations that I wasn't able to appreciate at the game: I didn't realise Gunny had made a save for their chance just before our first goal, thought the Stoke player had just hit the woodwork; A couple of people have said that Sainz's pass for the first goal was awful, but he had to put it that wide so that the Stoke defender couldn't intercept; I think it was a Stoke player who played the ball into Sara for his goal. It's been a while since I've seen us use our full backs with such attacking intent, if that means that we're caught out at the back sometimes I would prefer the risk and reward strategy.
