1. I think its time for him to resign or McNally to grow some balls and sack him. Lambert made average players good and good players great. The time has come for a change. We have a very good squad, with the right manager we would be a very good team. Howton Out!

  2. Tactics were spot on today. Well done Hughton. The midfield trio of tettey, fer and howson worked a treat. We made stoke look poor with the high tempo and pressing in the 1st half, we looked a quality team. Was always gonna be different in the 2nd half and Hughton got that spot on 2nd half. Hooper and redmond didnt play and still won away from home. Man City could only draw at Stoke, are we really that bad of a team? The jigsaw pieces are slowly being put together.

As to Leroy Fer, what a player. He will get better as the season goes on.

A lot of positives to take from todays game. OTBC.

  3.

I will stand by this and say we were that poor we made Spurs look like Barcelona. Our midfield was static ( in fact non existent ), we gave the ball away too many times. We had no desire to do anything today. Spurs were good but not great. Very bad day at the office. If Spurs were that great how come it was only 2-0? We looked bottom half championship side today.
We didn''t make them look like anything. What they made, they made for themselves by simply being quicker and classier than we were. Against the top teams this can sometimes happen. If you can''t live with the fact that there are a number of teams that are superior to us in this league then you need to find another pass-time rather than following a team like NCFC.

I can live with the fact we will get beat fair and square by the top teams. Yes Spurs were better than us today but obviously a lot of people dont see the wider picture of how football is played. The squad we had at the lane today should of given Spurs a good game but no it didnt happen. Yes maybe people could say it was one of those days today but we could of at least tried. Im glad it was only 2-0 could and should of been hell of a lot worse. Anyway we move on to the next game. Bring on the Villa and a very good response from the lads. OTBC.

  5. I can assure you 95% of the snake pit are true die hard city supporters and show that by their singing and passion at every home match.

Ive been following Norwich for 30 odd years and can assure you there are a lot more muppets in the barclay end than in the snake pit.

  6. Well that one was a bit unexpected, i think the main problem was the players thought they could turn up at a newly promoted side and get a result ( We should of learned that old chestnut by now ), however i thought Hull defended very well. The closing down, hunger and desire from them was first class. I really was impressed with them as a unit and looked well organised.

We just need to get this one out of the system quickly and look forward to the Saints game next weekend. OTBC.

  7. 1. Dodgy penalty decision against us yet again.

    2. We should of had a penalty when turner was bundled over.

    3. We just were not good enough, no hunger or desire.

    4. Well done Hull, ( i thought they defended very well ) you deserved all 3 points.

    5. All teams have at least 1 shocking game per season ( that is ours out of the way ). I hope!

    6. Forget about that game and we move on to the next.

    7. Im now going to get very drunk and not watch MOTD.

  8. Yes good point Coachkemp. If Arsenal came in for him I could see him being their number 1 but Chelsea he would not. Maybe if he went their he would go straight out on loan?

Yeah I rate Ruddy very highly but like you say if a big offer comes in we may not be able to refuse. Everyone has a price.

  9. Having had a look on a few chelsea forums 95% of their fans dont want Ruddy. They really cant see the sense of spending maybe up to 10 million on a 2nd/3rd choice keeper.

As for myself I really cannot see the logic of this transfer if it goes ahead.

If Ruddy wants to play football he will stay. If he wants to put his career and England chances on hold he will go. Im still puzzled.
