  1. As far as I am aware, nobody has said "don''t discuss it".

It is the hypocrisy of someone who bleats on about positivity and how we should all pull together, and then starts a thread about a missed penalty in the context of an away win, that I object to.

Players miss penalties. I guess the team and manager know who our best penalty takers are and that Wes doesn''t take them as the result of a lottery draw. Should he be replaced because he missed one? Not for me.

  2. The "forum numpties"

Now, shall we have a "numpty" conversation?

    Ricky will come good

    Snoddy was rubbish

    Rudd is our De Gea

    Tennis players versus footballers

    Naismith will come good

Wilbraham is a hero, more so than Snodgrass

Let''s talk about forum numpties. I would welcome that chat.

  3. In the Football Association rules (14.2.13.7) it does state that

"...in the event of a football team winning a match without performing to the expected standard of their supporters, their football club (in the form of the board, or equivalent governance forum) shall be allowed by exception to hand points back to the defeated team(s) at their discretion in order to prevent unfairness in the football table."

After playing in fits and starts against Cardiff, Wigan and now Forest, I am not sure we deserve all 9 points.

How would you distribute the points, and why?
