Just having a debate in the pub, after I noticed our current league position, an impressive 10th! When was the last time we were in the top half of any division? I reckon it''s the season after relegation from the prem, but my mate reckons it''s the season we won the league. -
Poppycock! The lower tier was nicely full. You could easily move about in there, and I did! How many times have you been on terracing? You could have easily fitted loads more fans in there. -

Heard a pretty strong whisper, that the official line is that Gunn has been sacked due to the record defeat to Colchester. I hear there is to be big investment, arranged by McNally, but they would not invest while Gunn was in charge. As I said, make of it what you will. Out of interest, anyone going down during the day? I''m going on the train from Norwich at midday ish, and staying overnight. Would be good to meet up with a few on the train for a beer. -
SusJesus Christ! To be charged he would have had to have failed a breathaliser(sp) test. Have a great trip. I wish I was going. I had an awsome time there, stayed next to the red-light dristrict, and partied for 4 days. At one point I ended up on a boat (somebodys house boat), and I have no idea who or where. Looking over the photos, there are pictures of me talking to people I don''t even remember seeing! -

He came in, dragged chris martin out, smiled at me and left. The next day chris martin was shipped out to Luton. Rumour has it martin was hiding, avoiding extra training he''d been asked to do. Micky Spillane told me the next day, and then he turned up at Luton that afternoon! -
The name change to aviva was to get rid of the Norwich association. Also, Plymouth is really far from Newcastle, which is kind of the point. -

Interesting that people are still not fans of gunn, but at the same time say they feel better about the team than they have for years. Surely gunn should get some credit for that?! I was as sceptical as the next guy, but credit to the guy if he can do that to the fans, it''s a big part of the job. Only results will tell I guess, but for me at least, he''s doing a great job. -
