I am really surprised that City1st or Buh haven''t posted calling you all yokels, I''m sure there''s time yet.

He''s done a really good job so far but I must say I think that we have the best squad in the division by some way as well. He''s big and bold enough to change it when it''s not working, so kudos for that. I don''t suppose we''ll see an end to tedious "I told you so" posts for a long time but if we''re winning, who cares?

No sympathy, would they feel sympathy for us if we were in their boat...nope. They are finished as a club, no one not anyone is going to buy Ipswich. 82 million worth of debt and then giving the manager a transfer budget to be competitive who is going to do that for a small town club that can''t even fill its ground? They should enjoy their time in the championship because those days will soon be long gone. Their only hope is to find a Paul Lambert character but even then you still need a little bit of money, 500,000 on a player would be a big lay out for them. They are done for decades and decades. Would they mourn for us in the same position? Nope.

I saw him play for Arsenal Reserves when they came to Norwich a couple of years ago. I remember thinking he was decent, very comfortable on the ball, very tall but not an excellent header, likes to make things happen from the back, he stood out as one of the better players that night.

Really pleased about the result, it doesn''t mean that I don''t have some reservations about Neil Adams and it doesn''t mean that after 2 wins, he''s Dave Stringer #2 but I don''t think you should batter people for wanting to discuss decisions taking place at the football club, that''s what a forum is about. I''m not going to come on here moaning every time we get beat but it does bother me that we get told X isn''t going to be sold and then the club seems to let them go. We''ve had some good fortune in our home games but it looks like the confidence and togetherness is there and that''s a big part of the battle, long may it continue.

Whether there is disharmony at the club or not, it doesn''t do anyone any good to keep peddling lies to the fans. If they want to keep their cards close to their chests then they should do so but they shouldn''t keep bullshitting people. Buh - I can''t look into the future, it''s amazing to me that you don''t get your posts removed when all you seem to do is resort to insults instead of making any kind of argument against what anyone says. I still stand by what I''ve said; With regard to Olsson IMO his foul on the halfway line stopped a counter attack that we were hopelessly exposed for and the second one looked ominous too. Pilkington didn''t do well under Hughton but there was a new chance for him under Adams, it still doesn''t make sense to sell him to our rivals and for that fee aswell. The radio commentator comment is a bit cheap I''ll admit but for me that was what he wanted to do when he finished playing, I appreciate he did well with the youth team but if he wanted to be our manager he should have gone down to the lower leagues and worked his way up, this is a position for experienced, successful managers.

1. Didn''t back Martin Olsson over sending off. Martin Olsson recieved two bookings for holding back players who would''ve gone on and scored. He took two for the team, Adams just said that the red cost us the game and that he''d speak to him. That would really annoy me if I was Martin. 2. Froze out Pilkington and then sold him for chump change to our rivals. 1m is derisory for a premier league starter who scored goals at that level, one of our best players and he''s been forced out for reasons that don''t appear to be anything other than a personality clash. Fair enough if Adams doesn''t like him but we should have got more than 1m and it doesn''t make sense to sell him to our rivals either. 3. Lied about RVW Told everyone that he wanted Ricky to stay, that was clearly a lie. Has frustrated supporters and created mistrust. 4. Dithered in the transfer market Has bought players to fill an an area that was the least in need of strengthening and doesn''t appear to be doing anything about areas that are in the greatest need of strengthening. 5. Plays Nathan Redmond out of position Some people on here don''t like Redmond but he is very highly regarded by the England set up and a number of premier league clubs. He is a winger and he is one of the best in the country at his age, he is not a striker. It is also amazing to me that a manager would sign two strikers in the summer with Becchio, RVW and Hooper still there and THEN play a midfielder up front. Some of these errors are bigger than others but these reasons demonstrate why you don''t hire radio commentators as managers.

No point getting excited about it, Doncaster and Munby might have gone but it''s obvious who still appoints managers, Pulis will be replacing a premiership manager before Neil Adams is even given a sternly worded letter or whatever dross it was that they served up in January.

I sort of did, she was a Tottenham fan but she was very much an Ipswich fan also. I remember her dad phoning her and laughing about Norwich celebrating promotion from League One. It would have been difficult had I ever actually met him, I''ve always struggled to get on with Ipswich fans just because it is a pretty big obstacle. Nowadays, I almost ''nothing'' Ipswich because they''ve been poor for so many years. I don''t think I could ever date a ''proper'' Ipswich fan just because I don''t like non-Norwich fans talking s*** about us. Going out with a Man yoo fan from Southampton was much worse, I remember her telling me I would "never know" what it feels like to lose in the Champions League despite the fact that she had never even been to a game.

It''s because he plays negative football too often, when you have an attacking manager you forgive him a bit of bad form but not when you play defensive football. Chris Hughton has had a bad run for a long time, we were very flattered by finishing 11th last season, he had a good run of around 10 games this time last year and since then we''ve struggled for form. He always seems to get points when we really need them but he won''t go on forever. I don''t know if I really trust him to keep us up anymore but I''m happy to stick with him until Christmas. There are a small number of racist fans out there but I think I speak for some fans when I say, his achievements at Norwich flatter him a little bit. So people are a little miserly with giving him praise. I want to scream whenever the topic of racism is mentioned or racist abuse is directed at him, it''s so embarrassing and shameful, one fan can make us all look like the offspring of the love scene in deliverance.

You have demonstrated the point in your post to some degree but I would again echo that his greatest strengths are his willingness, spirit and attitude. I think that these qualities should really be a given for any footballer in the top flight and probably is true of most of them. I greatly admire Kei Kamara and I think he would be a fantastic championship player but I am not convinced that he has made enough of an impact or would make more of an impact in the future to justify the money we would have to spend for him. We still have 6 games left to run, so he still has that window to change the minds of doubters but what with premiership squad restrictions, I don''t think we should bring in a player who is almost certainly going to be a 3rd or 4th choice.
