Same here ... In the London area there are a lot of glory hunters , but a few "real supporters" too. I have a life long West Ham fan and a Brentford fan as colleague... The last one is the most compassionate tbh ... not basking in glory . Seen it all in the lower leagues and still has to pinch himself on matchdays. In general I'm avoiding the subject atm , rather painful to talk about... "What's happened Robert? Didn't they learn from the last time they were in the PL?????" Difficult one to answer tbh

This is something I can find myself in tbh , but you don't have much time in the PL before you get cut loose ... We all know that! I think you're just forced to take bold decisions , otherwise you are facing a deficit that seems unsurpassable. I used the fact that confidence is key in many of my posts earlier on in the season . I think confidence is drained atm and this group needs a good result and needs it very very soon !!! It's not just about quality , it's about a feel good factor too! It's fair , but is it the right decision? Time will tell...

Sorry, I think it is very relevant... He's losing the supporters , he most definitely is. There must be an end to the excuses , like the first 4 games were against so and so. If you're going to be a PL side , you must perform against these kind of teams too. We didn't perform well against them , I'm sorry... If a miracle happens and he turns it around with the new guys performing much better , then I will be amazed and happy... But at the moment and after the performances we have witnessed , I just don't see that happening. The only thing I have read and heard are excuses,... not a good thing to go by

I appreciate this sentiment Lakey, but emotions are not the right thing to go by now. Unfortunately he hasn't performed at this level, as the stats prove . I do not adhere to stats very often when it comes to football, but in this case they don't lie do they? Lost 15 games on the bounce in the PL ... I mean that is terrible... Whoever we get in might be worse ... true ... but it can't get any worse tbh...

Thomas Frank is a very , very good manager... Not saying DF is not , but that is one of the main reasons Brentford are doing so well. His tactical nous is very good and his group of players are closely knit.

I'm emotional and angry, so it's difficult to give a level headed answer tbh. But I'm so sick of this, I wouldn't care if we hoofed it up top for a season and managed to stay up or at least win a game. This stinks and I wouldn't even want another promotion if I knew in advance that it would be another humiliating ride like this! I hope we get it sorted but I'm afraid DF is not the man to do it any more... I've got respect for him, but tactically he's just not cutting it at this level.

Well, the performance was terrible and this season has started in the worst possible way. Maybe not the best way to vent your frustration, true... But I am sick of it...and so are many many others. I wouldn't boo myself, but I wouldn't have stayed till the end, which I normally always do. They deserve the criticism they're getting. There is nothing positive to take out of this, nothing

Hard to argue with this , but what is your reasoning behind sharing it? Do you want the same approach at NcFc ? ... I rate Dyche and I think he has done an excellent job at Burnley! But I rate DF too and he has done a great job here... Our team doesn't have the physical traits the Burnley sides have had the past few years , nor the tactics ... I suppose that is what you're getting at...

Without going in on the Buendia debacle yet again, I think this is the problem up front. I don't see a lot of creativity in midfield and our striker is not up to it atm. The midfield hasn't really been up to it either 🙄 , but I think the biggest problem is this creativity and not the protection of the back four any more. I find myself pondering, where are the goals going to come from.... The point of getting the new lads to bed in and the team to gel , has become old news and I think we've run out of excuses... Rupp is not a PL quality player imho , but he wasn't that bad on saturday. I think we just can't expect more of him , ... Here's hoping there is more to Normann and he is up to it...

I'm afraid I can't see it happening...atm I may have to add. How can you keep yourself in the mix, if you hardly create chances? I am now fairly sure we won't be able to recover from this start. The PL is just too ruthless, I would consider it an absolute miracle if we stay up from here.
