1.
With City players doing so well its to be expected, and there''s bugger all we can do about it anyway!............just enjoy the season and smile.[:D]
We can do what Leeds have done with Beckford, refuse to sell because we must get promotion this season, if he wants to leave at end of season then so be it, we''ll be able to replace him once we''re back up
 2. I won''t be surprised if Spurs sell him today and Lambert might just be covering his own back with this move, i''m glad we''ve got Forster now as Alnwick lacks height which may not help him too much with crosses
 3. cheers, i wont hold my breath though as i normally do 6 game accumulators and they never come in!
 4.
"I asked is anything likely to happen....reply....Nah don''t think so mate. Maybe the big black centre-back from Colchester. Hooley and Doc ain''t in the squad so poss some action there. No definates though. Some will neeed to go before some come in". Like I said, nothing exciting, hopefully some work is going on that CUSDP''s source hasn''t found out about yet!
isn''t that more or less what Lambert said in the paper this morning
 5. Norwich 80/1 to win 5-0 tonight so i just stuck it on, sooner or later we''ll stuff one of these teams!
 6.
Oh he''s got cotinuity alright, he is continually poor [:)] I think you need to lighten up, and accept some fans don''t rate him, you might think the sun shines out his backside but others don''t. He is NOT the messiah, he''s a very naughty boy [:)]
LOL i''ve got 2 weeks off now and after reading that i''ve decided i''m going to sit and watch that film this afternoon,
 7. I think your right there, Gill is a poor player, i also think the first signing Lambert will make will be a captain as we certainly need a leader out there!
 8. He was watching tonight and has probably seen more than enough to convince himself that he needs better players,
 9.

I had a text late last night saying Delia is about to sell 90% of the club, i would think Foulger will be the buyer if this turns out to be true, also i think this would clear a lot of stuff up about the timing of the Gunn decision, wait and see i suppose!
Personally I can''t see it being Foulger, he''s rich, but no richer IMO than Delia, so what really would be the point?  I knew before it was released in the paper that he had sold part of his business (but didn''t know for how much) at BP, which is most likely where the money came from to put towards the kitty. I would hazzard a guess that your friend who text you had far too much to drink lol.  But i''d me more than happy to be proven totally wrong.
no definitely not, he is a detective in the counter terrorism department and is on a job in wales at the moment, he also told me on the day the fixtures were released at 7am that we were at home to colchester. lets hope you are proved totally wrong, we can all live in hope!
 10.
90% of her shares? She doesn''t own 90% of the club? A text from who? Would be too good to be true...
yes sorry the text read 90% of her stake!, was just from a mate but you get the drift, i agree sounds to good to be true but like i said we''ll just have to wait and see!
 11. I had a text late last night saying Delia is about to sell 90% of the club, i would think Foulger will be the buyer if this turns out to be true, also i think this would clear a lot of stuff up about the timing of the Gunn decision, wait and see i suppose!
 12. at least they can''t move it to a sunday 1130 kick off on "police advice", would be interesting to see how it''s handled as the scummers would have a bigger allocation of tickets too!
 13. Doesn''t look like we''ll be doing this under Gunn though does it?
 14.

Also surely hoping that Norwich win doesn''t blind you from what''s going on, does it? I don''t see why it should. [:S]
If we beat Yeovil that buys Gunn yet more time, that in the long term will see us relegated again..............that lesson  needs to be learnt now....not in November.
Errr but surely if City start to win consistently then it shows that Gunn''s going his job right. If that''s the case then why hope for a loss over a win? [:S]
not being funny but after 19 games last season and this saturdays performance what makes you think that we''re going to start winning consistently? i know you said IF but there is no evidence to suggest that this will happen any time some
i can see your point wiz and understand exactly why your cheering for yeovil, the fact is that until delia is hounded out then down is the only place we''ll be going
 16.
again, one of the main discussions this afternoon on talksport was norwich city. hawksby and jacobs were discussing us and made some sense. they could not believe a ''big'' club like us were thrashed at home by an average league one team 7-1. also, they do not think gunn is the man for the job and we have been in ''free fall'' since relegated in 2005. i do have to agree, we are in free fall and it seems most fans put up with it, why do we???? they also questioned delia''s commitment to the club recently and if she cares as much as she did. some good points raised i think.
it matters not if they or us think Gunn isn''t the right man for the job, Delia does and until she goes we will stay in "free fall"
 17.

What did Dennis say?
He said how he came out of the club holding poor old Delia''s hand on Saturday blahblahblah and that some City fans hurled abuse at them. Doesn''t it just make your heart bleed for them??? [:''(]
What the hell does that dipstick expect? i''m glad it kicked off after the game and i only expect it to get worse for her as the weeks go on, this is what is going to happen when you decide the best way to take the club forward after relegation is to appoint the man who helped take us down, i want promotion this season but if we lose a few more then she deserves everything that is coming her way!
 18. think it is a bit unfair and that people are just following on a bit, the 2nd goal i thought he could of done better but the 3rd Nelson should of been goal side of lisbie, can''t see why he''s getting blamed for the 7th as he closed the angle down and Doc decided to run next to him instead of marking the scorer, no stopping the 6th,
 19.
I am as devastated as the next fan but really think some of the outbursts on here a getting a bit silly. At the end of the day, this was an atrocious result precipitated by some dreadful mistakes but it is 1 game out of 46. We have a new squad with no experience of playing together and they are going to take time to gel. Sure we need to make changes and players need to understand the level of performance that is expected of them, but hardly think this is a sure indication that we are going to be relegated etc as many posters seem to be saying. There was so much positivity on this site on Friday and do not think it should disappear so fast. I know I am going to get slated for this but feel somebody needs to say something that is not just complete doom and gloom. OTBC
i''m not going to slate you as a lot of the stuff on here is a bit pathetic but it''s not 1 game, it''s Gunn''s last 20 games, think he''s only won 3, he has been found out now that he''s not up to the job!
 20. i''m not expecting anything to happen just yet but i would like to think mcnally will look at the situation again after the wycombe game if we haven''t got at least 6 points by then.
 21. i''ve had discussions with mates that we all think mcnally will walk as he''s not a yes man, lets just hope that she just lets him get on with the job, sadly i fear not though!
 22. As soon as you lose the crowd in football management you are on borrowed time! it''s not looking good for Gunn now, after 20 games with him in charge the crowd has had enough, i only hope Mcnally and Bowkett act quickly so we can gain promotion this season, i fear though that Delia will not let them make any decisions and we''ll have another terrible and depressing season at carrow road,
 23.
To be honest as people are saying i think we need to stick the youths and reserves out in this competition. Im sure its not something we are particuarly bothered about. If we go out early nothing is lost but if if we can get a descent run it will be a good experience for the youngsters. We dont really want to get any key players injured in a tournament which isnt really that important to us
I think we should be bothered about it, there is a chance of 20 odd thousand city fans getting a day out at wembley, which is probably not going to happen via the league or fa cup, promotion and a wembley final victory would be the perfect season for me!
 24. i must of misheard delia after the charlton game when she said she''d do everything in her power to get us back, obviously without spending any money though
 25.
According to sky sports we have made  a bid for a winger from Barnet. Sorry if this is old news. http://www.skysports.com/story/0,19528,11709_5432041,00.html
sadly though most clubs don''t except magic beans as a form of payment and also refuse to swap a player for a cow!
